For example, sure compare someone who is 6'2" and someone who is 5'9" whom are roughly at the same level of fitness and the 6'2" guy will be stronger... however not as proportionally strong as the shorter guy. Honestly I think height is a disadvantage, I know because i'm fairly tall. The bigger your body is the more energy it takes to function which equals less endurance. Taller people are also more at risk for cardiovascular issues. Now lets look at it from a tactical perspective, the taller you are, the bigger of a target you are. You need larger cover as a result (not that this is a huge issue in combat anyway because adequate cover is usually available or one may adopt the prone position) All in all people who brag about their height or say it gives them an edge have confidence issues.
