I want to carry a knife for protection and my city only allows 2" and under knifes to be carried concealed.. Right now I'm carrying a Spyderco Chicago. Got any other ideas?
open carry a katana
Cary open. A folding knife, or even a modestly sized fixed blade, does not draw too much attention worn on the belt.

I just picked this picture as an example of a knife carried on the belt. It ain't mine. According to the sauce, the sheath is home made. The knife is a Spyderco Delica 4. https://www.spyderco.com/catalog/details.php?product=209

>2" knife
>Protection
I'm generally of the mind that any weapon > no weapon, but that's pushing it. Stick with your current knife and get some pepper spray.

What's the point of open carry?
If you can carry a fixed blade, that's what you should do if you're limited to 2" in length
I'd personally get one of these
I have the one at the top (Super Edge), been carrying and using it for years, great knife
Best get a curved blade. Curved. Blade. If it has to be no more than 2in, it's a slasher like a knife fedora.

The only knife on my EDC is the blade on my multitool.
Remember anon, on a knife fight everybody loses
Muh dick.

Who is this matress actress?
If were talking no larger than 2" blade best bet would be an izula 2 by esse

In this case, to get around OP's legal restrictions on what can be carried concealed.
