As for OP, I think >>27955230 is correct. The gas mask seems to be the same fictional design used in Resident Evil by HUNK. For some reason all the Japs use the same fictional design for gas masks. I always thought it was a mix between the Avon S10 gas mask and the old Russian GP-5 gas mask.
