The closest would be a long slide 1911. There are revolvers chambered in .454 Casull, but getting the rounds to fit in the grip of a semi auto without making the grip only useable by the Hulk would be almost impossible. That doesn't stop me from wanting one, though.

most of the times vampires in fiction use the same guns designed for human ergonomics grip strength and endurance. even tho they are usually 10 times stronger. could a human use a 30×173mm anti-material rifle? nada on that one unless recoil-less design. but what's stopping a vampire? a single bolt action design could be thrown together in a garage using an auto-cannons barrel or something. the weight would be crippling for a human a vamp wouldn't even notice.
this guy at least considered this and didn't made his vamps run around with glocks.
