guardian concealment iwb leather/kydex hybrid. Lots of the big makers are already making compatible holsters (g-code, bravo, raven, phlstr, etc) I just prefer leather/kydex vs full kydex for iwb.

Shoe was just convenient to lean the gun on. But they are pretty based shoes.
Not a new gun, but I recently bought some Cylinder & Slide reproduction parts: thumb safety, slide stop and trigger. Also put Colt reproduction walnut grips on it and a smooth/flat steel Ed Brown mainspring housing. This is just an ordinary 1991/Series 80, but I think it looks a hundred times better.
