I've completed two of their lowers myself, and have friends who have completed 4 others. All were great, and well worth the price.
My two were un-anodized for $30, though I'd recommend the extra $13. per lower to get them pre-done, unless your gift recipient plans on painting anyhow.

It would be somewhat difficult to drill out the fucking receiver without a drill.
