Wtf is wrong with you guys? You use a normal razor to shave your balls. Don't go cheap because cheap razors will cut any surface of skin, and make sure its not an old razor. Generally a razor will last about 3-4 full face shaves, not sure how many ball shaves. Trick is to keep the razor dry as to not dull the blade.
You want to set the water at a medium temperature so your balls aren't too saggy or wrinkled/pulled against your body, then just shave. I don't even use cream and I've never once cut my dick. Be more careful, use a better razor, and maybe go with the grain and use cream/gel if your skin really is that sensitive. Also brotip never shave your face against the grain. You were warned.
