I feel like I'm in trouble.
I can't handle the stress and the fear from every day to day by a by day now.
I can't handle sleep well anymore for the past several years and the only time I sleep is whenever I dose off alone in my home from normal day.
I'm unable to fall asleep before ten and I always sleep by 3:00 or 4:00 but I get up random times but I don't remember sleeping or anything.
It just feels every day is like the end of the day but it doesn't and I can't tell or feel or know how or why.
I get extremely nervous when I hear someone phone rings or hear someone answer their phone because I always fear that it's the police coming after me or some sevret government getting info from the person that is answering the call and tracing the call and go kidnap me and do horrible things to me.
