I hope yours is one of the good ones
Relate to this thread, I went to a local gun store to get a gen 4 Glock 19, but I guess commiefornia only allows them to be sold to law enforcement, even though I am active military. The dealer suggested a Springfield XD 9mm as an alternate. It comes with 2 additional mags, a case, cleaning kit, and lock for $450 would it be worth it, or should I stick with a gen 3 Glock?
What about sccy cpx-2? Does someone use them?
>>27912654
No one talks about them because there is nothing to say. Shit company, shit guns.
>>27912622
It's been as reliable as anything else I posted in this thread. All in all not a bad little gun.
>>27912630
I just got a mod 2 sub 9 and im happy with it. Granted that's not enough time. Only dislike is that you have to have the grip safety engaged to pull slide back. If you buy before December something they have a promotion going on where they send you 2 mags and a 2 gun range bag. Its for any pistol springfield offers

Glad to hear it, I had high hopes when I got one but it turned into a bad experience.

Picking up a walther pps on Friday, fuckin' hyped

In between this and a cz 83 in .380 as my first pistol, leaning toward this now that cz83s aren't $200 anymore.
How do you like it?
>>27914525
Yeah, def a good looking gun. I may go for one of the metal framed Kahrs eventually. Wish they made a all metal 380 compact
Just got myself a Sig Sauer p320 last week. Love it so far
>>27914715
Be prepared for a gritty trigger. As a Walther fan boy I hate to admit the shield is a better gun even after the price point is removed.

CZ rami is sexy as fuck, but I honestly prefer my cz mak. I consider the cz82 the ultimate evolution of James Bond's sidearm.
>tfw your hands are so tiny, nothing is a compact
>have to ccw a KelTec P3AT in a back pocket holster
I'll never carry an USP, I'll look like I'm carrying a novelty giant gun

um, first time poster here. a friend reccomended this board to ask. im planning on getting my carry and i have been looking at the sig p250 compact to be the one for me. Can anyone give me any yay or nay's about it?
>>27915895
CZ RAMI BRO!
>>27915989
Your inferences are terrible anon, but I would say you could theorize my two inherent personality flaws from that if you tried a little harder.
On the topic though, cz has a great fit and finish, but I could not really see a significant functional difference between similar firearms.
>>27914525
How does that gun feel in the hand? Does it fill up your hand or does it feel super thin like polymer single stacks.
>>27916013
Where'd you find some stainless hex screws? I had to get cz75 ones and dremel them down to fit in the grip.
>>27916150
Perhaps this thing called the hardware store. i was there today and their was a whole aisle of screws ;)
>>27916193
Heh, I actually did to that first thing. Rather pay a few cents than ten bucks, but kind of fucked off after I grabbed a few similar that just barely didn't fit or were too long anyway. Would like some blued hex, but good luck on finding that I guess.
>>27916111
It fits very well and you aren't left wishing the grip wasn't thinner
It feels very good
I'm very fond of compact and subcompact handguns.
Bumping with compacts.

It conceals very easily. I can just wear a T-shirt and it is unnoticeable, small enough to bend over even without printing.
Sure a small .380 would be easier to conceal. But to have 15 rounds of 9mm in a concealable package and a metal frame, and the ability to carry condition one or two. Its a win-win-win, one of the best carry options unless you need a mouse pistol.

I see no reason to get a rami. Cant get your pinky on the grip, very low round count, and it is just as thick as a CZ 75 compact or P01. Also Ive heard tales that they don't like to eat hollow points, no experience there though to comment.
>>27918357
You can use the 14 rounder, but I carry mine with a pierce XD pinkie extension that I sanded down to fit. Never had a single problem with mine, hollowpoint or not.
