Im sorry for your loss
Got this for $175 at a pawn shop, and turned it into...
>>27835093
This. Just need to buy a can of FDE paint for the stock, and maybe barrel.
>>27835031
yeah it was a friend of mines, his dads friend did it
been looking at libertytreecollectables for replacement parts
>>27834817
I picked up a beech stock set for my D-Technik earlier this year. I've had the rifle about seven years now, though.
>>27835494
That's a gorgeous stock set. Where'd you snag it?
>>27835508
eBay, actually. I've seen them on Gunbroker as well but they are hard to find anywhere, especially in unissued condition. Every once in a while someone will part out an armorer's crate, which is where mine came from.
This K11 was a recent addition. The bayonet, sling, muzzle cover and magazine chargers showed up last week. I already had a few boxes of GP-11 in my cartridge collection.
>>27835494
funny, i dont think ive ever seen it with non beaver chewed resin impregnated wood furniture before. i like it.
Finally got the cheek rest on.
This is new as well.
>>27834386
my handguns, too lazy to get all the long guns out to take a picture
>>27836557
just realized I should have switched my 1914 and 1911 for that pic, god dammit

That refinish came out nice.

When are you going to make new YouTube videos.
Your channel is dead.

A shoulder holster for my Cz.
No pics, but I have some coco bolo wood grips in the mail for my CZ75 and I bought a Turkish Mauser and some ammo for it earlier.
Got a Tec 9. Factory case. Four mags. $300. Real nice condition. Can't bitch. Also picked up a Jennings 38 (.32 ACP) for $50. Picked up some odds and ends and almost scored an SKS in a nice sporter stock but some black guy bought it, only to see him walking around the gun show five minutes later trying to resell it. I overheard him paying the guy $280 and he was trying to get $700 for it. Sold it to a dealer for $350. Kind of wished I had bought it from the original seller but that's life.
Funny gun of the day? A guy selling a refurbished bubba'd SVT-40 with repro magazine for ...
Wait for it...
$3250
I thought it was $325 and I was about to buy me a gun to piss around with, but my nuts nearly dropped out my drawers when I saw the actual price.
Also as bad as the guy who was telling these kids how "yea these bayonets are banned by the geneva conventions because they have these here saw blades on 'em!"

Good work anon

Not pictured, another PSA lower that is arriving Wednesday. Also, about to order a SR9C.

older pic that needs updating now that some of them made it to the first
>>27839348
And the recent acquisitions minus the crate of 54r due to show up tomorrow. Plus 1500 10.5gr pellets I had a friend pick up, 50rds of vmax 545, and 60rds of 223 I got a week or so ago at fleet farm.
Oh God I want it now! Ship faster UT!
>>27839410
I really want one of these but something keeps me away.
>>27839429
I fell in love with the look, but every older revolver owner seems to think they're hideous I can't imagine why. Found one for $800 and that was it. Now I just have to wait. Really looking forward to it, it'll be the first revolver in my collection.
>>27839429
I really like how the look. Maybe it's just that I'm not a classic revolver guy and this look catches my eye.
new pic of the SENPAI JAM
>>27839449
>Senpai
Go back down into that basement you loser.
>>27835110
But why tho. For all the money you spent on parts for that you could have picked up a mossberg 500 or similar for like 300 bucks for home defense. Then you would have had a decent hunter and a defense shotty. Plus 2 guns are better than one no matter how you look at it
>>27839506
word filter for f.a.m., senpai
>>27839511
Still have the 30 inch barrel, I got the 18"barrel in an auction for $60, the magpul fore end for $15 on clearance, and the Houge stock for free from a friend, I think I did alright.
>>27834386
Bought this last week.
>>27839441
>>27839448
>>27839429
I have the 4in barrel model and it has one of the nicest triggers I've ever pulled. It has two hammers, one for SA and one for DA, so it's smooth either way. It was just a range toy so I ended up selling it but it was great. Do yourself a favor and but the fiber optic rear sight from the snub nose model and install it.
>>27839559
very pleased with it even tho it was expensive as fuck.
>>27839568
Damn it Anon you're supposed to post bad things so I can wait longer, now I want it here today.

After two years of absence I'll finally be returning to my home state.
Long story short I'll have access to FFL transfers again and I want something nice/neat to come home to.

My newest is my SIG P238. Not a bad little pistol. Bought it to replace my 10 year old Bersa Thunder. Happy with it so far.
>>27835110
you know magpul makes a stock that matches the fore grip right?
I've sold eleven over the past few months and now I'm down to the guns I actually shoot instead of a safe full of safe queens.
Got the 870 a couple months ago and it was so dirty I suspect a hunter kept it, used it every season and never cleaned it aside from the bore... And it's a '51. Amazingly there's no rust on the internals, just a few tiny spots on the side of the receiver.
>>27841715
>now I'm down to the guns I actually shoot instead of a safe full of safe queens.
That's exactly what a gun collection should be IMO. But I just do that work from the ground up and never bought anything I wasn't crazy about. It's kept me from regretting anything.
Are the pictured ones the keepers? or could you mspaint edit and cross off the ones that are gone?
>>27841900
Yeah those are the keepers. This is my most recent pic prior to selling anything.
A lot of the ones I sold I made money on as I bought for less than what I sold them for.
I don't really regret any of them. I kind of miss my Finns and I miss my SMLE as that was my very first gun, but for the most part they all just sat around and now they all belong to people who were excited to get them and collect/shoot them instead of them living a boring life in a cage.
>>27839569
>>27839559
I like your style,
I just picked this up last week

Wait, drake has a youtube channel?

How much did it set you back?
A lot of people would tell me I'm an idiot and waisted money, but they are boring
>>27842650
You must be fucking stupid... waisting... really?
Just got the double barrels, Springfield, and single shot .22 this past saturday. And don't worry, I've cleaned up since that picture, room was a fucking mess...
>>27842681
Oops
Same old, same old.
>>27842648
The sun, moon, and planets aligned, the owner of the shop had to meet his quota of STI sales before the end of the year to remain a dealer/order new stock. So I walked out with it just under $1500
It's one of those hole in the wall mom and pop looking shops with no employees, then you find out the owner is a 4 time world champion cowboy action shooter.
>>27842803
Lucky bastard
>>27842803

>in before "bubba'd it like a fudd"
They look pretty damn good to me.
>>27842650
i actually like the mini 14 and would sage one if i had the funds. /k/ be mad
>>27845113
Those are pretty nice looking. Then again I like wood grips.
>>27836660
I like it, besides the XD and the Nagant pistol, which you melt down for the good of humanity.
>>27845162
http://czcustom.com/CZ_75-CZ_85-Thin-Coco-Bolo-Grips.aspx
These, but they look better in real life than either my pic or the one on the site indicate. I'm pretty happy with them.
>>27840763
I like. 7/10. What's the revolver and details on the shotgun?
>>27842803
I don't know dick about these, what makes them so special?
Just a racy 1911 or something?
>>27845207
Revolver is a Taurus 66 I picked up unfired for $200.
Shotgun's an old pawnshop Mossberg 500 that had a fucked up, rusted barrel. $150. Cut the barrel down to 18". Pictured is the bird's head grip I made for it out of a spare stock. I also have a full stock for it.
>>27836557
Are those little Mauser 1910/1914's any fun to shoot? I keep thinking I need to flesh out my collection of old metal handguns, and these seem pretty common/available, but they look kind of unattractive. One just popped up locally for $375 (pic related), though. What do you think. Worth it?
>>27841867
I like the SKS. What type of hi power is that and how much did it cost?
>>27841582
Is it fun to actually shoot?
Plus a Balkan m91 that I am going to try to sell at a gun show this weekend. I am putting the money toward a CMP Grand or a CZ 75B. Haven't decided which yet.
Almost got this yesterday, it ended up going for $560. Looks beautiful, all matching numbers except the stock, and even the stock had some barely visible totenkopf markings. Did I lose out on a good deal?
>>27847343
I'm jealous, now find yourself a repro front sight hood, repro cleaning rod, and repro sling.
I had to get all that for mine and it looks good with the gun. You just might have to hang the rifle from a chair on the ling for a few days to give the sling a little stretch. That leather is pretty tight when you first get it.
Got a glock 19, gen 4
Don't know what to get next. I wana build a pc but I also want a semi automatic .308
My life is hard

>Been looking for mags for my Vepr
>after weeks of looking, yesterday finally found a site that offers international shipping
>ordered a handful of 20rnd mags instantly, excited as fuck to finally have have muh battle-rifle
>couple hours ago, got an e-mail from the store saying that "Oh sorry, you seem to not be a yank. Order canceled, sry!"
Jesus living fuck! Why even list all the countries on this planet as available shipping locations if you're gonna deny the shipment anyway ??
I'm beyond mad now. Anyone wanna buy me a bulk of .308 Vepr mags and ship them to me, to EU?? I got the licenses and all that shit.
>>27846486
It's not bad. Because of the weight and short barrel it feels snappy but nothing unmanageable. I guess I would say that it is fun to shoot. I don't mind training with it and that is a major plus.
>>27849810
I'll always regret not buying a Vepr when they were under $600. They had those sexy Hunter models too... thanks Obama.
>>27849871
I like mine. Got it for mere 630€ few months ago, and it came with 100 rounds of cheap ammo and a Bushnell's 4-9x scope.
It just seems impossible to find decently priced magazines for it here in Yurop. Putin fucking things up in Ukraine also dried up the flow of ruskie shit.
Thus, I'd gladly pay some /k/unt a little extra in order to get hi-cap mags for this beauty. That is anything more than 5 rounds at the moment.
>>27849871
Molot Vepr rifles aren't covered in the sanctions, that was disproven only this year.
>>27849934
He never said they were, he said they weren't under $600 anymore which is true.
>>27846468
They are neat little pistols. I have a 1934 in .32 and a 1910/14 in .25. Sights are tiny, but typical for pocket autos of the day. Very accurate despite the sights.
>>27849947
Thank you, my unpaid spokeperson.

>>27851963
Dunno. How's so?

>>27853044
I wouldn't turn down a nice 38H, 1913 or even a Behorden but they're not something I'm actively searching for. I'm looking more for a Roth-Steyr, Gewehr 98 with the Lange Vizier rear sight and an M95/30 long rifle.
Just picked up the three revolvers
>>27853124
and someone just dropped this off at the shop I was buying the revolvers from, buying it as well.
>>27853007
god i want one so bad
fuck california
>>27853140
Shes a very pretty thing. Nice, heavy, and stout, but formidable and easy on the hand. They always have been my favorite side arm.
