When new, it would have been able to stand up to virtually anything. However, time has passed and small cracks may have developed due to poor handling, improper storage, etc.
Like I said before, this mask will work fine against anything you are likely to encounter. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I seriously doubt that you're going to stroll into a room filled with VX.

If you haven't sunk some serious time into learning about NBC, and specifically detection and recon procedures, a gas mask won't do shit for you.
And if you have spent that time, you wouldn't need to be asking here.
Buying surplus masks is a fine hobby, but don't expect it to actually be practical.

Seems pretty typical of any nation. If you need CRBN you're fairly fucked if you didn't have it on already.
