i work in a related field and its not a nuke, firstly because of the hazmat placard. thats a class 1 explosive one (insert meme arrow) hurr implying they're not lying about it and put a false placard up to confuse the sheeple (end meme text). yeah i guess they could but if they went thru that much trouble to switch around placards for a hazmat shipment they would just leave it non placarded to begin with and not giving anyone any ideas on whats inside.
