Depends on where you go. If you shoot the surplus stuff you need to clean it ASAP because it will start rusting the bore after a few hours. You can spend a few more dollars on non-surplus non-corrosive stuff and feel confident in your ammunition not destroying your gun.

So I have matching serial numbers on the Bolt, Chamber, and Butt plate.
Is there anywhere else that is serialized? Also what is the advantage of matching serial numbers?

The stock is probably serialized somewhere under the barrel. For less-than-perfect guns (like the Mosin) matching serial numbers would guarantee a proper headspace so you don't have to worry about the gun blowing up. Other than that, it may add to the value, if it's otherwise a valuable gun.
My K31's bolt and magazine don't match but I give zero shits, it still shoots like a dream.
