Yes, citizen of the United States of America, Texas in particular if that matters, although I might move to Washington in a year or so.
Not an absurd amount of disposable income, but a good amount that I don't really ever dispose on anything, so that shit adds up.
I only want one because they look sweet, which is probably a retarded ass reason to get any particular gun.
Are there any other similar options?
I don't know much about guns, I've only hunted with shotguns before, never shot a pistol or a regular rifle.

You're gonns need between $3500 and $20,000 to get an SVD.
Chinese Type 79 (good luck) and Norinco NDM-86s are hard to come by in general, since Chink guns were essentially banned (except a few sporting shotguns)
Roughly though, you're looking at ~$5k.
Wait until Flandre starts a 54r general, and ask him for a much better idea of where look and what kind of money you're gonna have to fork over.
Alternatively, you could get a VEPR in 54R and get some Ironwood Design Dragonov furniture and it'll run you about $1500-$1700, if you just want the look (and the 54R round)
