You can clearly see that the one on the far right is fairly different than the others. Don't select a pattern based off of what the leaves on trees look like. You aren't swinging around the trees, so camouflaging for them will make you stick out. Most full grown trees don't even have branches at human height. You need to focus on camouflaging for the ground and the lower trunks of trees. It all depends on where you live. Go walk around where you are trying to camouflage into and look straight ahead, that's what you want to blend into.
Unless you're camouflaging for a desert, that's easy. Just go with pretty much anything with a tan base.
