Alright, one girl Rhodesian soldier coming up
I was nerding on some Star Wars EU stuff the other day, and I had a thought:
We've seen almost every type of lightsaber imaginable, and the well has nearly run dry.
As something fresh and new, I think a Jedi with a Phrik/Cortosis shield, and a shortened "Shoto" lightsaber as his weapon, would look awesome.
Throw in some armor reminiscent of Lorica Segmentata, and a Roman or Greek styled helmet, and make him into a Force using legionnaire. The shield should be squared and cylindrical to match as well.
I can't draw for shit, but I'm sure someone with talent can take the concept and run with it.

I'm going to be honest, it's not exactly "high effort". if you look at the lines some of them are just back and forth movements to put some "color" in an area just to make the composition complete.
In others Slane puts just enough lines to convey what the object is, where that object is (plane), and light source. Perhaps the only part where he really tries in this photo is the rat's jacket, head, and hands. This prioritizing is essential if you want to be a good artist that doesn't need extended periods of time to complete something,
