4)what is the end goal here? Obviously not world domination but is this supposed to be a more of a community that can self sustain? Or is this something that will be looking to expand after firmly established?

We aren't hateful. We just acknowledge that we are all different. All of the races have their pros and cons of what they're good at. We are group of white nationalist who believe in a running state dominated by our own kind who have the values of what's best in their people. We don't preach haye, but acknowledgment of differences and respecting them

You can do this in any other place in Europe or north America. Buy a large piece of land far away from the cities, build a house and begin some agricultural work. If a few thousand people do this, and each one begins a family of about 5, within a few decades we will have 5000+ members and supporters, a few decades later that number could grow exponentially again to 25 000 and so on.
Rebelling against your current goverment and building your own society within it would give a greater possiblity for success. If you do such a thing in such a drastically different enviorment like namibia; you run the risk of skin cancer, disease and sickness, as well as a load of other problems you wouldnt have in Europe (drought, lack of resources, theft etc). And what do you do once you reach a critical capacity? Do you spread out to other African countries? If such a thing would happen in Germany you could begin spreading eastward to poland or west to france. As well as the many people who cant move themselves or tools/resources such a distance.

My real confusion is how you plan to convince the Namibian government that, as foreigners, buying agricultural land would be in their interest. Your intentions seem fairly clear, and I don't see how it could in any way be construed to be in the interest of the Namibians.

You are mistaken in thinking that French, Italians, Russians, Polish, Irish etc are going to have the same interests as an American, Brit, or German. Their culture and values are different from yours, which means that they will have different ideas on how your colony should be run and thus different interests. You have only to look at the ongoing tensions between Quebec and the rest of Canada or the fragmented nature of Belgium to realize that, yes, while having a common race is important, having a common culture is at least as important for the success of your project.
If I were in your position, I would automatically deny anyone who isn't from the Anglosphere and make sure to carefully screen any potential applicants to make sure that they have no non-Anglo heredity. Haplogroups make this easy.
