Is this autism?
As a gun enthusiast myself, I use to cringe whenever I saw this.
It's attention whoring at best

>railed gas block
yup, should be shot
I think having guns in public without cases should be forbidden.
What are /k/'s thoughts on the Savage Mark II FV SR? It's a good priced bolt action that's already threaded, seems great.
I'm looking at getting a .22lr rifle and between this, a CZ and a 10/22 this is looking good.
CZ455 is better
>>28884597
Better than a Mosin.
>>28884822
I would not doubt it, but the savage is super dirt cheap.

Sheesh Britain, we'd probably have licensed this design to you and you'd have ended up with ships just as capable as the Queen Elizabeths at a fraction of the cost.

>The difference in capability between the F-35B and F-35C is significant. Due to the STOVL requirement, the F-35B has a shaft-driven lift fan integrated with its engine thus restricting the aircraft’s internal fuel capacity to 13,500 lbs; in contrast, the internal fuel load of the F-35C is 19,145 lbs. The difference in internal fuel is highlighted by the range and combat persistence of the respective aircraft; the F-35B has a...

>U.S. Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter seems to get the reality that the so-called “coalition” of 66 countries that are supposedly fighting ISIS in Iraq and Syria is a sham. Most of these countries are contributing nothing to the fight and many that once did have ceased doing so.

>>28884239
Well at least the Kurds are stealing as much land as they... I mean fighting Isis in the name of justice
>>28884279
More power to 'em. No milfag that served in Kurdish areas has anything but good things to say about them.
>countries sign up for coalitions for political favor and then do nothing because blood and gold cost brownie points back home
Say it isn't so.

The fucking madmen, they're actually doing it. I hope we leave them out to dry because I want no part in this.
>tfw this will encourage Turkey to start shit in the north which will probably bring them into direct conflict with the Soviets
Saudi Army is utter shit though.
They'll be losing lower enlisted as deserters to ISIS.
Having to project force and logistics through Shia Iraq.
It is going to be a shit show and they'll probably stop after losing a few hundred soldiers and committing some war crimes.
>>28883445
They're just going to embed a few advisors with the southern front. What will be interesting is what Russia does if SA bombs government troops.
Hey, so im a freshman in uni, and im majoring in aerospace and mechanical engineering.
And I've been thinking about doing rotc.
I just want to know any of ur guys experiences in ROTC and whats it like being commissioned right out of college as an officer.
Also, im interested in becoming an infantry officer, armor officer, or being a part of the corp of engineers.
And i as wondering if i should change my major to something easier to have a better chance of being commissioned as active duty?
Oh and if any of you guys have experience in combat...

i done army rotc in high school and it was kinda fun actually, but at the end of the day you're a wannabe soldier if you take it serious.
>now im 11b and rotc didnt help me at all
>>28883302
Don't do it
It's a waste of time pretending to do army and it won't help you at all. Just enjoy college and then try to get a commission. Army will still pay off your loans
>>28883365
But isnt OCS a lot more competitive?
With VLS and aa lasers of course.

There isn't any. Big-ass target that'll be overwhelmed by AShMs. Distributed firepower is the best option.
There he is. There he goes again. Look, everyone! He posted it once again! Isn't he just the strategic guy around?! Oh my God.
I can almost see your pathetic overweight frame glowing in the dark, lit by your computer screen which is the only source of light in your room, giggling like a like girl as you once again type your little Battleship thread up and fill in the captcha. Or maybe you don't even fill in the captcha. Maybe you're such a battleship mafia armchair general. that you actually paid for a 4chan pass, so you just choose the picture. Oh, and...

Does anyone here feel like they don't need or want more than 5-10 guns? I'll see people who have 30+ on arsenal threads, but for the life of me I just don't think I'd ever buy that many.
It's not that I don't think someone shouldn't buy as many guns as they want, it's just not what I'd do.
>>28882069
I'm that way. I want to shoot everything that was ever invented to fire. But owning them? Not so much. I don't fault anyone else for having a nice collection, but I like to keep mine to guns I use regularly.
It's called a collection.
I only need to drive around a Honda Fit, but I own 6 cars. I only need to carry a small handgun for self defense, or have one rifle for game but I have over 30. I only need a small Opinel knife to slice boxes open, but I have 15 knives.
What is /k/s opinion of theyankeemarshal
>>28881769
No opinion. He is irrelevant.
>>28881769
Has opinions, colorfully expresses opinions, explains the basis for his opinions. I like some of his stuff - ignore the rest.
I dislike him stronger than I dislike Buck "Ditch Bitch" Angel

It's almost like you want to lose or something.
Would you be in support of legalizing gun duels? Seems like if 2 people agree on the terms, and understanding the high chance of death there is no reason they shouldn't be allowed to duel in a safe setting.
>>28881367
Lethal pistol duels were not all that common when they where legal. The two pissed gentlemen would pace out then turn to fire but usually they would shoot the pistol into the air. It was mostly dickwaving and preserving ones honor or ego.
>>28881367
Should be legal.
You and me, a couple of PPS-43s and a couple kilos of ammo.
Who will win?
>>28881367
Duels were an aristocratic tool to allow violence between equals of a higher class. Dueling is now largely unnecessary because of egalitarian ideals in many western societies.
That being said I believe whole-heartedly that you should not be able to remove a persons life, liberty or property without due process so I think duels could be allowed if the person being challenged were put through due process first in some sort of manner.
Let's see what you have.
This is all that remains of my collection.
Looking to get some more Mausers and maybe one of those new StGs one of these days.
