Is there any modern "tactical"/"gearqueer" Shit that I could buy to somehow replicate a medieval templar?
Enlisting in the Army.
What MOS for mad bucks after I'm out?
What MOS for best experience while in?
Aced the ASVAB last time I was processing through, so no worries about what I can get into.
Security clearance could be a problem.
Sexiest helicopter coming through.
Also, post sexy helicopters.
How much money have you wasted on guns and gun accessories (and ammo)?
Nothing wasted, except I bought this AR Mag speed loader that was a total gimmick so like $30

If you're on mobile look up AndroIRC for the app. Any questions, ask in the thread to get you set up.
For Ranger info, obviously.
All around SOF website. Great info and run by former/active members of every SOF unit. Mentor program. Also has forums...

48G, are you familiar at all with the process of applying to USMA as an active duty enlisted soldier? I'm trying to get some information on this but there's not a whole lot on the internet other than their website, which avoids specifics.
Hey guys, need some help here. I'm part of an alt-right group, due to some friends and there is guy claiming to be an ex-marine, and his story just rubs me the wrong way. He can't name a specific MOS number when I ask him about it (He just says truck driver), and he claims his service for for just 3 years. I feel like I'm being a little paranoid, but when I asked him what his unit was he responded that he wasn't really allowed to talk about that. Am I just being paranoid or something up here? Image unrelated.
I'm moving to a redneck state (indiana) in a few short months, and I'm going to get a carry permit right off the bat.
I'm not a totally unresponsible hoon, but I also don't really feel like carrying a 1911 around or something like that. I kinda have a thing for older stuff.
So, I was thinking of buying one of these, and open carrying it. Whaddya think?
I own one, and I would much rather carry my Glock or any other gun that uses self-contained cartridges and that doesn't have a barrel longer than my dick.
I mean, if even a little bit of moisture somehow gets into the powder, you're fucked.
I can't imagine they are that bad in the rain. Obviously they worked when they were first made, I don't think a small pitter patter of water caused all wars to suddenly stop.
I suppose because I'm a bit of a nut. I also like black powder.
How do you store your ammo?
>Bottom Right - 2600 rounds of ZQI M855
>Mid Right - 1000 Rounds of Wolf Gold 223
>Top Right - 900~ Rounds of Monarch Steel 223 & around 1200 Rounds of American Eagle Brass 223
>Bottom Left - 3000ish rounds of 9mm FMJ 115 and 124gr
>Mid Left - 556 and 9mm defense rounds
> Top Left - Mags
I don't have as much as most people, but its a start
invest in some ammo cans. They look cool, and insure they will stay safe from humidity and something like a flood destroying your ammo.
>Latest 2 procured ships will cost $562 million EACH not including mission packages

>Navy has not yet demonstrated that LCS will achieve its survivability requirements, and does not plan to complete survivability assessments until 2018

So /k/, what did you bring?
>Only four of the 12 guns seized by police were registered to Mr. Russell.
>"Nevada state law does not require the registration of firearms" (wikipedia)
The media thinks that all guns are supposed to be registered to you like a car is registered to someone. Now, they're completely wrong, but that doesn't stop them from thinking they aren't.
>A Russian soldier has taken out a heap of ISIS targets after one of the most badass tactical moves ever: calling an airstrike on himself.
>The soldier likely decided the option instead of surrendering to ISIS, who are known for their fucked up and inhuman torture sessions.
What does /k/ think of this?
What is this manter.co shit? At least post the actual fucking article which took me all of 2 seconds to find.
Why do cops like shooting dogs so much?
Because if a dog gets ahold of you with their mouth, you're gonna have a bad time.
Dogs can fuck you up. Anyone who says otherwise has never been attacked / bit
Not to say that killing any dog whenever is justified.
/k/ommandos, what are your favorite camo patterns for each environment? Pic somewhat related.
Woodland: M81/US Woodland
Desert: US 6-Color Desert
Transitional: South African Soldier 2000
Snow: French Alpine
Urban: MVD Blue Tigerstripe
I also really like East German Strichtarn/think it would make a decent universal pattern.
What melee weapon would you have had during the clankening
A hurley and a copious amount of Sliotars.
If youve ever gotten hit by one of these you know it fucking hurts.
My lgs has both a cz-82 and some Bulgarian makarovs in stock. The makarov is $260 and the cz is $270. They both come with one mag and appear to be in similarly good condition.
I am only looking to buy one right now. Which one should I buy?
I'd go with the 82. Both are great guns, reliable, rugged and capable. The 82, though, has a double stack mag, giving you 12+1 instead of Mak's 8+1, and the 82 has a thumb mag release instead of a heel mag release. But let it be your pick, both great guns.
