How much of a role would the US Highways play in an invasion?
>>29500952
Considering they were designed with an invasion or hostile takeover specifically in mind....
In the unlikely case of such a scenario, Highways would turn into converted airstrips and be used exclusively by military forces to transport supplies and logistics. Civilians would have to GTFO.
>>29500952
This, if you guys specifically mean the freeway system, not all US highways in general.
It would not be used by the US forces, they know better than to get on 95 after 4. The interstate is actually a trap for the enemies. The longer they stay on the interstate the longer they stay in traffic and endless construction zones. Ladies and gents, THIS is the reason why traffic will never be fixed around DC. Also, the US forces will have EZ passes to troll Russian faggots stuck in bumper to bumper traffic as Abram tanks and Stryker cruise by them at a smooth 55 to 65 mph.
How would the US/NATO react if ISIS used chemical weapons in a western city, killing thousands?
>>29500887
ISIS is controlled by the CIA, so, the US would react however the CIA wanted it to.
>>29500893
Why would the (((CIA))) want to make muslims look bad when theyre meant to be replacing whites
>>29500893

Theoretically, how many mosins fired at the same time would significantly change earth's orbit? I'm talking about like an ice age difference here.
Your post is bad and you should feel bad.
If all of them were fired at the same time everyone's ears would be destroyed
>>29500873
It would take approx 1.4 X 10^33 joules to move the Earth's orbit into one similar to that of Mars (source: https://www.physicsforums.com/threads/what-would-it-take-to-move-earth.63459/)
Mosins fire 7.62x54mmR which has a kinetic energy of approx 3614 joules.
So, (1.4 X 10^33) / 3614 = 387382401770890979524073049252.91
That's a lot of mosins.
What makes an AK better than an AR chambered in 7.62x39?
>>29500826
The shitty magazines for the AR in 7.62x39
And also the gun is designed around certain parameters, AK being 7.62 and AR being 5.56
x39 ARs don't feed reliably and look silly.

Typhoon and Rafale will grow larger.
Kuwait orders 28 Typhoons. I guess there goes the Super Hornets Boeing was looking to sell. This being on the heels of Qatar ordering 24 Rafales, and it's unlikely the State Department will sell them Strike Eagles too that LM wanted.
I wonder if Saudi Arabia will order another batch of Typhoons.

Speaking of canards, Russia has ordered an additional 30 for their air force replacing older Flankers.

Why does Kuwait need jets for? They host a U.S. navy base.
I'm looking for some recs for an AR-15. I've only ever owned a handgun but was looking at either this Core m4 or one by Smith and Wesson.
Thoughts?

Build, price it how you want with what you want.

Sup /k/ommandos,
I recently purchased a trade-in Glock brand Glock, however with all trade-ins I'm anticipating some wear and tear.
What should I do about cosmetic issues like holster wear and light scratches? Are they something that can be buffed out or will o have to get a new slide? Can't complain because it was a sweet deal.
Also any tips on maintenance or what to look out for on LE trade-ins?
>pic related
>>29500436
I don't know it is you expect to buff out holster wear. That's like cutting a hole out so you don't have a hole
>>29500436
>What should I do about cosmetic issues like holster wear and light scratches?
Yes, not worry about them.
It's a firearm, not artwork.
And no you can't "buff them out".
The finish is worn. It would need to be refinished to fix.
The only thing you should worry about is functionality.
Since it's a LEO trade it's likely been shot infrequently.
Just enjoy your "sweet deal" and shoot it.
A lot.
>>29500436
If you're gun has a lot of scratches I heard you can send it in to glock for refinishing for like $40.

When is the NRA gonna get of it's ass and get rid of the unconstitutional NFA?
Do they even have a plan for this? Are they just a bunch of fudds using their pre-1986 machine guns as investments? Are they even a serious organization or just a virtue-signaling circle jerk?

Hey /k/, UK here. O wamted to get some innawoods gear and there's some stuff that I want to ask /out/ about, but I also wanted to ask you about knives, possibly a kukri and a leatherman. I'm pretty new to all this but I have some basic knowledge, like getting a blade that isn't made from a metal or alloy that oxidises easily, making your knife smooth all the way and full tang, etc, but I was looking for advice on specific knives/kukris. I also wanted advice on a leatherman; What should I be looking at if I want the bare minimum, at least? And how much money will...

If you're getting a leatherman and your budget is £110, go for a Wave and save a bit for the Kukri and clothing. If you have no specific tasks for it they make for a decent all round bit of kit.
Kukris - army surplus if you can find them. Solid bits of kit, just need a bit of care.
Mountaineer/climber/outdoors instructor/shooter here. What other gear did you want for innawoods?
>>29500198
I wanted a nice, solid backpack and clothes for innawoods, some sort of flint and steel, maybe a hammock and some sort of cord so I can tie things up (I have no idea how to make traps). You mean this leatherman?

And I'm not sure what else to get, I'm a complete begginer. I went...
