I have around $12,600 in my bank account. I need to get an ar-15, 2 high capacity handguns, a ceramic plate carrier with ammunition pockets, front and back plate, extra mags, and ammo. Is this possible?
>>29528135
Yes do you want recommendations
>>29528135
>$12,600
This is your budget or this is all the money you have to your name?
Also
>school shooter
>>29528145
Please.
So I have been wanting a FAL for a few days now. If I sell my AR I could get one. Just curious if DSA's are good or if anybody knows of better ones I have not seen in my mild web searching?
>>29528032
Shameless bump.
>>29528032
I was gonna get one, but the non-handle cut reciever turned me off, so I bought a PTR-91 GI instead and gonna save for a parts kit or something
>>29528527
Problem I have is PTR's,H&K 91's are not very lefty friendly.
So I'd like to hear some opinions on this guy. Aside from hiding while his friends are taking contact.
YouTube just recommended some video about him trying to apologize for one of his instructors having an ND during a class. Seemed funny.
>>29527915
It's name is Buck Angel, look it up, that's all you need to know.
>>29527925
Is that the one where he shot out a guys tires?
Buying my first handgun/firearm. Was thinking of buying a m&p based on other people recommending them. Thoughts? I'm a novice but have a pretty basic understanding.
M&P is a fine pistol. The same can be said of Glocks, VP9, or any other pistol in that price range.
Your best bet would be to go to a range that allows you to rent pistols and rent a few and see which one fits your hands the best.
>>29527895
Like >>29527910 said, go out and try as many as you can. Originally I was going to buy either a glock 19 or a Walther p99, ended up choosing the sig p320 because I liked how it felt the best. Everyone's gonna r ecco mend what works for then and what they hear works, but what matters most is what you think of it and how it feels to you.
Thank you both! Much appreciated, it's really confusing as a newer person and everyone is saying one company sucks and another is the best just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to fall for a sales gimmick lol
Here is update #4.
The NPO paperwork was filed in South Africa. It turns out that starting an NPO in South Africa is a lot cheaper and easier than doing it in the U.S.
As for the U.S. non profit. We're doing some more research as where we'll incorporate. It's down to Delaware and Nevada. Each one has advantages and disadvantages. We're also doing fictitious name and trademark searches. We really don't need some name or trademark troll suing us and shaking us down of our vital anti-poaching funds. Non profit status in the U.S. is two steps....

I really wish I hadn't signed my contract with the army, holy shit. If I had seen this I would have held off.
Update #2 is here:

What's the pay?
Any /k/illers willing to share some stories about their encounters with rabid anti-gun people? Have they ever been an issue to you?
I don't have any dogs, ATF
>>29527612
"You know how you feel about abortions? That's how I feel about guns." Usually gets them off my back.
>>29527663
I like it. Not sure if I could use it with friends/family, but definitely if I ever get harrassed by someone I don't know.
Hey guys this is a question more for the knife community. Has anyone here ordered from the gerber website itself because their shipping is absolute shit for anyone has ordered from them can you tell me how it went for you guys because I had to wait 6 days after I ordered the knife just for it to ship and it hasn't even shipped it was supposed to ship yesterday (sorry for bad English)
>buying directly from the maker

I know I am a fucking retard
What does /k/ think of D2 and Elmax steels? I'm thinking of getting a Szabo Tomohawk in D2 steel but I also found this 3" folder ( making it legal anywhere in the U.S. ) in Elmax which, aside from one YouTuber's review, has gotten decent praise. I'd be interested in hearing what /k/ thinks of these steels and the products themselves.
Worth noting: They also have an assisted version of this knife as well as an automatic version.
What is an assault weapon?
>>29527514
The bottom one
Nigger
A right.
In a self defense situation against an attacker with a gun who has their finger on the trigger, would it be possible to make them discharge their weapon by squeezing their forearm?
Not reliably.
>>29527470
If you jerk your foe hard enough, you can cause him to shoot his load.
>>29527470
Lets do an experiment
Unload and check chamber on your pistol
Put your finger on the trigger
And with the other hand squeeze your wrist or forearm like you would in this situation
What happened?
Is Anderson literally retarded? Who designed this upper?
>low-profile gas block
>delta ring/endcap setup for non-FF rail
What the actual fuck is someone supposed to do with this?
Real operators don't have iron sights on their rifle.
>>29527422
You use a freefloat rail dumbass.
Then you add irons on top of that
>>29527422
You add a freefloat rail. Some rails use the caps some dont.
Is it wrong to like these? I don't think so, but I want to know what /k/ thinks of them.
A bit more work and so on. But percussion cap weapons are fucking fun.
>>29527399
you shitting me bro? these are the sexiest
Fun to shoot and fun to think about how at one time it was the pinnacle of weapons and what the future holds (besides bans on fun).
How is is that Scandinavians have been hunting moose and reindeer with the 6.5 Swede for generations, but Americans feel the need for 338 magnums? Do Americans just love unnecessary recoil?
But they don't hunt moose with a 6.5 silly. It isn't halal
>>29527138
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
>>29527138
>do Americans just love unnecessary recoil
As an American, yes, yes we do. My next gun is going to be a .416 Rigby.
Why aren't you pursuing your commission, /k/? Why are you still enlisted?
I thought /k/ was the least subservient of the boards.
Because a life long carrier in the military is for bitches. I took my permanent disability retirement after 3 years and made a better life for my self by going to college.
>He thinks he'll be flag grade
Enjoy being a 40 year old O-4
>>29527242
and?
You bail out at 20 years, collect 42,000 a year for the rest of your life, plus benefits. Go get a federal government job or a milindustrial complex job with degree and officer experience. work another 20 years, collect second pension and benefits. Now you are 60 or so. Your pension is 80k a year and benefits.
Retirement house should be paid off by now. Use VA loan and a third job to buy a second house and pay it off in a few years. Retire for real this time. Have two houses, several nice cars,...

>>29526948
Arminian genocide stuff has been on an increase in the news thanks to america declaration that isis is in fact commiting genocide.

>>29526979
