What went wrong?

No good replacer when it got old.
>>29754774
The same as with every knock off.
But still, the best T-72 variant is M-84.
It was produced 1971 as a low cost MBT.
Anyone have any experience with this thing?

now there is Alpharms

what the actual fuck turkey, they are cramming all these lever actions down the Australian throats
Australia is like an alternate reality now, where lever actions became dominant over pump actions
well there is a few snazzy pump action rifles being released this year.
Dont forget the IAC, and the Marlin 336 .410.
brings the total to 7.
>>29754661
the IAC I'd just call the 1887
and yes technically the marlin is, although there are a few .410 lever shotguns
bumping.
Can we put a ban on things this ugly entering service?
Like what the fuck were they even thinking
What the fuck is this shit
>>29754531
What purpose does it even serve?
As far as machine guns go, is it better to have a very high cyclic rate of fire like the MG-42 or a slower one like the BAR?
>>29754526
Somewhere in between so you are creating a denser field of fire but not blowing through your ammo at an astronomical rate.
>>29754526
depends on the situation.
ideally you want something with a moderate cyclic like a 240B or M60.
but if you were dealing with hordes of enemy from a guarded position where you could deal with barrel changes, high cyclic like an MG42 would be great.
but if you're unable to deal with barrel changes, jams, etc, you want a lower cyclic to reduce the chance of that happening.
>>29754526
depends on what you're planning to do with it
Be honest /k/, how often do you entertain the inner child in you by pretend-room clearing your house?

What guns have you bought - where are you shooting this weekend - how are we going to be fucked by the meeting tomorrow
Also: There is legitimately a conspiracy between all the media outlets in Australia, Walter Mikac, GCA Australia and other organisations.
It all makes sense now

Nofuns from Brisbane, looking at doing my safety course this weekend.
I mean of course the media outlets, politicians and general uneducated unwashed masses read from the same bullshit anti textbook, but do you mean anything specific when you say "legitimate conspiracy"?

What's /k/'s opinion on the Bursa Thunder?
I'm thinking of getting my first handgun and I'm really loving that it doesn't have a synthetic grip like some topheavy glock, it feels really ergonomic and doesn't have a really bad snap recoil.
Cons are the 380 ammo which I've heard bad things about, also has some safety features like it won't shoot without a magazine in. Idk why this is a bad thing though.
It has a lifetime factory warrenty but a lot of people already do that, and the factory is in Argentina so I'm...

I keep one in in my truck and at work with me, solid little gun. Never had any issues with it, but yea .380 is a bit of a shitter. Of course a mag of hollow points from whatever caliber is going to ruin anyone's day.
>>29754103
I own quite a few quality firearms and I still want one of those guido black and gold ones
you get what you pay for. Ask your local gunsmith what he thinks of Bersa Thunders and he'll laugh you out of the building.
Any recommendations on finishing my project/slug-blaster 870? Things I still need to address.......
1) A way to raise the cheekweld, that does not interfere with the reciprocating stock.
2) Lowest-possible-profile picatinny Iron sights. I didn't think these would be hard to find. I was wrong. (was hoping for a way to add picatinny 3-dot / simple pistol sights, but that's not a thing I guess....)
3) A way to make the LER-Scope work, with said ironsights. Preferably without using a quick-detach or related method. I'd like to use both/either....

Get a cheek riser, they are under $20 for synthetic fabric.
You may have to have something made. I needed elevated Picatinny mounted beads once and had to make them.
You don't have a lot of options but maybe a McCann would do something for you.

That's what i was initially thinking.
Then I put my 45 degree angled iron sights on it.
Then I realized how idiotic of an idea it was.
Naw dude, 3" slugs kick a little too hard to handle at 45 degrees.
So, the Croats have this recoilless anti-materiel rifle using a venturi tube.
Why the fuck don't they make an infantry rifle like this? Imagine 308 with the recoil of 9mm.
If you have to use it in tight quarters, just close the junction and use it like a regular rifle.
>>29753922
1. too large and heavy
2. recoil isn't that big of a burden

It's heavy as FUCK. Besides that, it's a neat design that works alright.

Question. Is guerilla warfare outdated the way anti gun types say it is?
Even in Vietnam the NVA backed the Vietnamese guerillas and the USA was winning by every conceivable measure. The only reason Vietnam ended as a stalemate was because President Nixon was impeached and the democrat dominated government voted to pull out before the NVA could surrender during the Paris peace talks.
Nowadays there are even greater challenges to modern guerilla groups.

>Question. Is guerilla warfare outdated the way anti gun types say it is?
It's more effective than ever because modern nations are unwilling to use effective tactics against it.
The British had tremendous success against guerrilla ans unconventional armies for centuries.
