Newguns here, just bought a Mossberg 500 for HD.
What advantages would a raptor grip give me over a full stock?
Are you really so retarded that you can't see there are no advantages to a raptor grip over a conventional stock, other than one handing/badassness? Nogunz get out
I just bought sharp point steel pellets for my air rifle
cant wait to shoot a cat with them
>>29902604
the raptor grip is easier to insert into your anus than a full stock.
Google didn't gave me good answer or very precise information, so I want to hear what /k/ thinks.
How many calories must a soldier consume each day? and how many if he is in mission?
Do temperatures affects the need of calories? and special nutrition?
In how many formats should a modern military provide food?(MREs, First Strike, Trays, etc)
How diverse should the options be to not affect negatively the troops morale?
>>29902585
Was muhreen not soldier.
I'd say on average 1500 calories, maybe more if intense training. Which means pick and choose what you want and throw out the rest. Plus you bought a Monster and based mom mailed you some beef jerky in her care package XoXo baby boy.
>>29903576
>1500 calories
That's only enough to maintain basic bodily functions without losing weight, for most men. Add in physical activity, and you're losing A LOT of weight very quickly.
1500 calories a day is only good if you're dieting.
For intense physical training like BUD/s and the like they say around 4000 calories a day with a large percentage coming from carbs, protons in the middle, and fats the least
Dem carbs man
I need help IDing a pistol. A friend of mine asked me hoping I would know, and I don't have any idea.

Definitely an air pistol of some variety. Looking for specifics now.
What's your favorite kind of gun/weapon in general?
For me it must be the full size service pistols since they are literally good for everything.
>16+ rounds in the mag
>comfortable
>great in CQB
>come in all calibers and brands
>never cost more than 1250$
>cheap ammo
>can be concealed if you try hard enough
>FUCKING SEXY
>more prestigious to kill someone with

Spotted the noguns.

I like compacts. If I could, I would trade my german P226 for a 228 but that will never happen. Learned that my manlet hands and I are not fans of fullsize You should grow up desu
>>29901990
Milsurp. The heavier the better.
Alright so! I picked up this mother fucker for $200 with everything you see here.
It's a Sig SP2340, .40S&W. Got a LE Box, 3 mags, 3 different grips and the original owners manual.
And I can not, for the life of me, figure out how old this fucker is. There's no proof marks anywhere on the gun or grips, barrel, rail block, frame, literally anywhere. Called Sig, gave the guy the serial number, and he said "That...Doesn't sound like one of our guns. Oh, its a 2340? Yeah, that pre-dates my database."
So, serial number on this thing...

Sig Pro line started in 1998
Pretty sure 2340 was discontinued right around 2000 give or take.

Got to love Sig customer support.
It's from before it was called the 2022 because of the contacts they got... Can't imagine it's more than 10 years old...
How light is too light for an aluminum AR-15 handguard?
Making AR's lighter is a big trend, but when do these weight savings result in a poorer functioning, less durable gun? Aren't these light handguards prone to deformation?
What say you, /k/?
>>29901742
its a balance between durability, weight, and cost. some dont mind giving up one aspect for another.
next question?
What is the purpose of the gun?
"Sub 60 oz AR project" Google it.
What are /k/ approved books? Specifically looking for books which describe training of operators. I just want to know what these people know and how they get educated
>>29901635
Yawn. You're gay and probably suck at life. Reading is knowledge but reading doesn't make an operator. Requires a lot of training and muscle memory.
Go read some Tom Clancy and mall ninja like the rest of the bitch fags on this site. Grab me a salted pretzel w/ mustard while at the mall.

I don't want to operate. Just interested in this topic

Any of ya'll from Boise, ID? I'll be there for a week in June and was wondering of any good places to set up some steel and shoot on the BLM land there. Preferably I don't want to be shot by National Guard training in the area.
If anyone could provide good spots or any roads to take for uninterrupted target shooting on this map, that would be great. Thanks!

They may as well be banned. IIRC the only way to even get one is to inherit it.
>>29901215
Automatics are banned in Canada.
Unless you want semi autos banned too, in which case ask why did he get a RPAL
Also there's hardly any point in arguing anymore, seriously I'm just going to immigrante to America fuck this wannabe Europe country.

>a. 44 Magnum

The only use .22LR would have for home defense would be if a small animal broke into my house
I got a call from the police. One of my guns I sold privately turned up hot. What do

Need help picking my cc.
Looking at something with a 3-5 lb trigger pull, I like single stage triggers but that's not a deal breaker. Single stack, I want a very low profile. Smallest i'd be willing to go is .380 and largest is 9mm.
>>29900830
Google can help
>>29900830
Maybe an M&P Shield? I believe the trigger pull on that is in the ball park of 4-5 lbs.
