Any peeler trying to stop you from hunting those damn Jerries is clearly a german sympathizer. Shoot them too, you bellend!
Just pictures of Ian.
Ian sucks. Johann is much better.
The President of the Philippines has just said that he needs help stopping drug dealers.
>"Please feel free to call us, the police, or do it yourself if you have the gun — you have my support,"
The Philippines might become more /K/ than the US.
We you travel out to the Philippines to bag yourself a drug dealer?

Chuck Taylor's are for fags and blacks
Long time lurker looking for help from my k/infolk... purchasing first ccw in by the end of the month and although I know it all comes down to personal preference and ability with a specific build, I would greatly appreciate any opinions, info, or anecdotes you guys would like to share. I've basically narrowed it down to a few options which I'll list by order of personal preference: H&K uspc, Springfield Armory mod 2 subcompacthe (3.3 inch barrel) and the Beretta px4 storm. I know you're all probably tired of hearing new shooters ask for your opinion, but...

Go to a gun range that let's you rent guns and try some out if you can. I've heard people say not to get compact 1911's due to inherent reliability issues. I would highly suggest a striker fired due to not having to deal with DA/SA.
I think you should try a glock and an m&p, and decide which grip angle you like, and go with that. Glock is more angled like a Luger, m&p is like a 1911. That should be your deciding factor in my opinion. Don't do the xd.

If you're looking for a nice CCW caliber, 9mm is the way to go. I'd recommend checking out a few block models like the other anon said. And also, if it's CCW, try to get a gun with a double-stack mag, so that you can get the most ammo for the least amount of space.

Meant to say Glock models, fucking phone
Indulge my curiosity /k/ and don't get all pissy over "magical scenarios". Its mgical, but I still want to get your opinion.
Say that by December 1941 Japan has a million more tons of cargo ships then it had in reality. So, they can play their Pacific war with more then just 11 divisions.
On December 7th 1941 aircraft of IJN carrier group wreck US navy. In the afternoon, 75.000 Japanese troops start landing on Hawaii and other relevant nearby islands. After a week of hard fighting, Hawaii are taken by the Japanese and reinforced every month since....

Well it'd mean we couldn't nuke them.
America would be hellbent on retaking hawaii though. I imagine something akin to America's last resort plan to hit japan, the one where americans storm their beaches. Except in hawaii.
Afterwards, we'd nuke the shit out of japan.
And hawaii would hate the japs for much longer than they did in reality
>>30176701
it would possibly have a drastic effect on the overall war, with Hawaii (actual US "homeland") taken it would lead to a potential US prioritization of fighting the Japanese first instead of the Germans. If the US did prioritize the war in that way it would have significant material consequences in Europe, and may allow for the germans to hold out long enough for some of their better weapon programs to bear fruit.
Say Hitler was black and gay...
Jap ASW doctrine was horrible. USN subs would have a field day, and the 200k troops would just starve.
Last week I was in my local Forest; as usual taking my dog for a walk. The Forest is known for druggies and general deviants but they don't come onto the path usually so I have never really cared about that. I had my ear phones in when a homeless looking man was in the middle of the path and he had a kitchen knife he was just yelling at me and I assume he was drunk or high either way he was out of his head. My dog was barking like mad and in the moment I swung at him with my dogs metal lead hitting the man in the face a few times as hard as I could, then I ran the fuck...

you know OP you don't have to justify wanting a self defense weapon by creating some story, i can understand your desire to avoid said situations possibly happening.
if you are yuro like me i'd advise a baton(flashlight, walking cane, etc)
however i don't know the UK law around spray/tasers and carrying a knife/hatchet in the wood.
Actually a d cell maglite would be excellent for defence and since you're walking your dog it would be something reasonable to have in the early morning late evening just get the longest one you can afford and use that... Also if you're a brit shouldn't you be walking with a cane anyway?

Curious why it says training use only? Guessing these aren't crimped and don't have primer sealant?
The projectile may not be approved for defensive use by departments.
Example: we use Ranger ball for training and Ranger HPs in the field.
>>30176352
The reason is the same as why some pistol ammo hollowpoints are training or target only; the open tip is there for the sole purpose of providing a better center of gravity for ballistic purposes. Hollowpoints for defensive purposes is scored, notched, and bonded to provide reliable expansion and penetration. Hollowpoints that are meant for target shooting are just punched or swaged to be hollow with no other processing. So, using training hollowpoints for defensive purposes will still hurt, but it won't be nearly...

I was trying to fix my AR because for some reason after taking it apart, greasing it up, putting it back together and putting it into my closet, the bolt wouldn't fully close. The bolt face would "screw in" like normal. So I took it apart again to look at the BCG. I watched some videos and shit of takedown and cleaning to make sure I wasn't just making an autist mistake because I've been away for five months and couldn't play with my guns. I couldn't find anything wrong so I tried to just drop it all back in. Now the BCG and charging handle...

Yeah Ruger make those faster and reduce quality to get them out the door quicker! Maybe you could shut down production of all your other products to focus on this alone!

How much formal firearms training do you /k/ommandos have? I've been in and out of the local police academy for defensive/tactical handgun training for about a year.

4yrs of military training is a list a mile long, when you look at the individual training evolutions. I might post one in a few hours, but prob not. Hopefully some other grunt will list every fucking individual course they went through at SOI and beyong.
Morning ATF

>when you look at the individual training evolutions
It would be interesting if there was a way for a civilian like myself to take training courses that are generally only held in the military.
