Greetings! First time poster. I have been doing some research. I want your guys' opinion on the Springfield M1A SOCOM II. Is it a great rifle?
>>30325536
Don't do it, OP. That's really a terrible choice for a first rifle.
Most people will probably tell you to buy a Ruger 10/22 for your first rifle, but if you want something you can actually use for home defense or deer hunting, buy an AR.
Hey /k/ Figured I'd ask here, I'm working on my own game set in the Pacific Northwest, it's a post-apocalyptic first person shooter in the style of TLoU. I'm currently putting together a list of some commonplace guns for the setting to make some models off, but as someone not from the states I don't really know what guns people own in the area.
If you guys could come with some suggestions that'd be great, mostly civilian stuff that the "average" household would have tho, like bolt-actions rifles, shotguns or handguns.

Dragon dildos. Lots and lots of dragon dildos
remington 700
mossberg 500
marlin lever action
M1A
1911
S&W Model 29
AR15
Glock 19
XDm
Beretta M9
SCAR-H
HK416
I tried to mix new and old as best as I could.
Glocks, Mossbergs, Remington's, pretty much any gun off of Cabelas website.
Didn't see one, Thought I had a stupid question that didn't deserve its own thread.
Post your stupid questions that don't deserve threads here!
is 10mm an acceptable caliber to have in a handgun if you spend large amounts of time in the woods and cant always conveniently carry a rifle for bear or mountain lions, or is it still meme tier under those circumstances
OP Here.
So I have a Daniel Defense rail system that I scrapped off of an old airsoft gun of mine, that I was looking to sell. Its price new is around 450, but its 6 years old(barely used it though, perfect condition). How much do you think I should ask for it?
Also, I was going to throw it on Ebay, because that usually sells well, but I am not sure if there are any wonky laws in any US states about selling gun parts? I assume I dont have a problem, as I never had to sign anything when I bought it, but that was 5 years ago, ya know?
The last thing I want...

Nice I was just about to make one of these threads
What can /k/ tell me about this machete? Picture of sheath incoming.
Why does this queer hate the F-35 so much?
How come he has such a boner for the F-18?
He may be a fucking queer but there is no reason for his country to spend money on a barely function project that was only kept alive by the USAF, a barely functioning military branch.
>>30325340
he's a liberal so he hates everything the conservatives do
so when the conservatives like the F35, he has to hate it. But even a brain-dead idiot knows that they need to at least pretend to have an air force, so he goes for the next best thing.
>>30325340
because he's rather spend the money on importing more syrians
Hey /k/, im going to detail strip and clean this LEO trade in I picked up. What are some suggestions for upgrades I can do while I have it disassembled? Or maybe what not to change.
>>30325292
Throw it out and get something not in a meme caliber
>>30325292
Yeah, change it to a 9mm
my internet is being slow and everyone is posting fuckhuge images.
hey /k/ -- non-gunowner here. I have a brief technical question.
What is the maximum amount of ammunition a single person using an AR-15 / Sig MCX could carry on their person and use efficiently (ie reload rapidy) assuming 28-30 rounds per cartridge?
The reason I ask is because I find it difficult to accept the official account of the Orlando event that has emerged so far, of a single shooter who killed 49-50 people, wounded 53 more, presumably missed many shots, reportedly shot some victims numberous times, and engaged police in a stand-off in a crowded place...

American soldiers typically carry 8-12 mags, so you figure thats 240-360 rounds.
>>30325268
They're probably chalking up the people killed by police fire up to him too.
>>30325268
>cartridge
You aren't even trying.
Sometimes I go to /a/ and say I can't believe spike dies without a spoiler....this is the equivalent.
how is this type of hat called
and why do air forces around the world wear it?
>It's called "Schiffchen" in german
>Look up the translations
>It's cunt cap
>MFW
Garrison cap
>>30325314
Actually translates to 'small boat'.
/k/ I need your help,
I have a MCCUU set, like pic related. It doesn't have any insignia at all, so I wear it with my friends when we do airsoft combat, and sometimes I'll get discounts at movies and restaurants and such when I'm out with them. I figure if they think I'm in the military that's one them, since I never say I am.
My neighbor though is a retired military guy and kind of a cunt about it. He used to be real friendly but when he saw me wearing my camo he got all butthurt and said I have to "earn that uniform" and threatened...

You're a free loading asshole and your neighbor is a self righteous cunt.
Fuck you both.
Now delete the thread please.
>>30325171
There's no "distinctive part", it's just camo. You might have a point if I wore insignia with it.
Danner boots are a "distinctive part" of the uniform, do you think it should be illegal to wear army boots? Fuck off.
USA? Russia? Germany?
Pic related: Germany.

Seems like everyone uses the same shit these days. Something similar to a MICH2000 or PAGST. There are only so many ways to cover your head with a metallic dome.
Pretty much the same all around. All will stop shrapnel and falling debris but not a direct hit from scooping out your brains.
not modern. it's old but it works.
only WW2 era helmet is the best. go find it on ebay.
>>30325041
nice brake
>>30325041
I see you also have the protective sleeve that goes over the muzzle brake too. Don't want to get dirt and shit on it.

Why does Airbus always seem to be having trouble with suppliers these days?
>muh A400M engines
>muh A320neo engines
>muh A350 interiors
Is it bad suppliers, or bad communication? Or is it the Jews?
No need to get A400M if you already have C-130J.
>>30324962
I read it was the engine suppliers.
You know what to do.
R8, H8 and post yours

I don't even bother trying to write that fascist bitch anymore, I only ever get form letters back saying why gun control is important.
