I hate the cold. any options on clothing?
Potentially important question /k/
How does one keep their weapon rust free from prolonged exposure to the elements?
I went on survival camp out with an airforce buddy of mine a during the late winter months this year and it rained, snowed, hailed, then rained and snowed at the same time a lot harder than we originally anticipated it would. In my bug out bag is keep a 10/22 takedown which spent the majority of the three days we were in the woods under the cover of our lean to and out of the elements in my pack. While we were hiking it lived in my pack with a rain cover...

What is the deal with military forces using camo that obviously cannot camouflage?
IDK, probably something to do with lobbying and the Military Industrial Complex.
Whats with the picture of empty forest? Pic not related?
>>30331727
Here's the story.
Canada's army didn't want to look like the American army anymore, so they decided to design their own camouflage. It was a good camouflage. They called it CADPAT.
The US Marines also didn't want to look like the US army anymore, so they said
>Hey Canadabros, can we look at the work you did on CADPAT? We think it's the tits!
And Canadabros said
>Oh you like our camouflage, eh? Sure! Just don't...

Could Warhammer 40k Weapons/Armours/Vehicles be effective today? Where not going to count the Tau, Any Xeno or Daemons. Only Imperium Of Man and Chapters of the Astartes. Also where not counting Magic, Sourcery, or the Primarchs.

A spacemarine legion would probably wipe the Islamist Nation off the globe.
If they were supported by a naval attachment you could probably conquer a couple previous super powers. and enforce a hellish regime.
>>30331680
I always wondered this too. For example the Death Korps Of Kreig probably have the most realistc of modern day tools besides the basic Imperial guards as their armour is heavily German WWI and WWII based. Which again makes is extremly effective. But in terms of modern day. Even 100,000 Death Crops probably couldnt even beat the United States Armed Forces
>>30331680
You mean would they work with today's technology or would they work against today's technology? The answer is no in either case anyway.
What is the best and cheapest form of hearing protection? Do ear plugs negate constant noise good enough?
>>30331659
Yeah they work fine. They add up after a while though because they are disposable. I have a $5 pair of earmuffs that work better and are more cost effective over the long term

What are the differences between an original Thompson and the auto-ordinance reproductions?
>>30331623
Auto Ordnance was one of the companies contracted to make the originals. fyi
But internally, nothing except for semi auto compliance and compliance for barrel length and overall length
>>30331646
IIRC, it's auto-ordinance in name only; They're serially made by Kahr arms
>>30331646
Don't they add extra rails on the inside of the receiver to prevent people from putting in an origInal bolt?
Isn't that what they do on those PPS43 pistols?
Somebody paid money to patent this.

So some guy went nuts in a faux exercise and was able to shoot a couple people down in a panic and you think this is some type of tactical play that is worthy of a thread

According to some recent information I've been analyzing a Christian secret society called the Underground Church have developed one.
Overall the information at 4224doctors.blogspot.com takes about 16hrs to fully understand. There are threads on ATS, Reddit, and /x] about it. I for one believe the information to be credible. Your name is "Dan" if you don't intend on visiting reddit. It's related to a cryptographic propaganda material the Underground Church has been fingered as producing: 11BX-1371.
