So what's your opinion on the Jew gun?
>>30452717
Like the look of of the old one and the new x95.
Wouldn't pay much more than 1500 but im sure they're a lot more than that right?
>>30452717
Good
ridiculously well balanced.

So with radar absorbent material being featured in pretty much every new aircraft, lets have a thread dedicated to unique paint jobs, beautiful unit markings and other wing art that we will rarely see in the future.
Picture is a Typhoon painted for the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain. You can see how the leading edges and underside have not been touched so as not to spoil the existing RAM.
At least helicopter camouflage will stay around for a while.
>Germany we need you to spend more money on defence
>no not like that.
What is your favourite battle rifle?

>>30452638
99% sure none of those are battle rifles.
Does 2nd from the bottom have Cav Mfg furniture? Looks sweet.
>>30452638
I wish they would make a reproduction run.
This pistol holds 48 rounds. The only thing wrong with it is that it uses pointless proprietary caseless ammo.
Why didn't this type of feeding system become more popular?
>>30452525
Probably because it was lierally called the VAG73.
>>30452525
>Put 6 round into guy
>ded
>put 48 expensive and non refillable rounds into guy
>ded
whats the difference?
cartridge length. Take a look at 5.7, which is pushing the limits of how long a mag well can be and still fit in the hand. 40mm overall length. .32 ACP and .380 ACP are both 25mm overall length. You'd have to make a custom extra short cartridge to avoid making the grip fuckheug
I want to purchase a silencer and SBR a lower before Obongo's new rules go into effect on July 13. Is there any reason I shouldn't just buy the Silencerco easy trust for $120 and get it over with? Going through an attorney for a personalized trust is, like, $600+, so fuck that. I'm not married and have no kids.
>>30452451
was thinking about that myself.
Was also going to buy ivory grips before they get banned before July but I just didn't have the money.
Piggybacking on this thread: what if you're in a no-fun state (and set to remain there through the new rules) but would like to have a trust set up for when you move to a better state? Is such a thing even possible?
>>30452476
It is, but I believe you will have to get an attorney to review your trust upon moving to a new state, so there's probably not much of a point of you're not going to buy any NFA items right now.
Can you throw ammo in the trash?
Situation came up, and I have to move in a few hours. I'm not allowed to bring ammo with me in my check baggage; i've already checked.
I tried to give it away, but no one wanted it.
I dont have any means or time to get rid of it. Should I throw it in the trash, or bury it?
>Situation came up
stori time
>>30452297
Hold your fucking horses, where do you live? I'd gladly take that off your hands if I'm within driving distance.
Alternatively, just shoot it.
Depending on the type of waste disposal it ends up in that could get fun.
Just hide it in a bush and let some dindu get lucky
I don't see this gun a lot on /k/. Whats your opinion on it?
>Slapping it down to reload, look like a badass.
>German engineering.
It's main appeal was that it was in a lot of 90s action films, and the heckle my cock slap. Otherwise it doesn't really stand out in any way.
>>30452242
Excellent for its time. Superceded by newer smgs and made obsolete with the rise of pdws and sbrs.
why do dickheads in youtube videos always exaggerate the slapping motion? or cocking any gun in general? are they just trying to look cool?
Hey /k/, I need your help: I got me an M-1945 combat pack in nice condition.
But the Problem ist: Shit reeks like dozens of years in military storage (you know that smell)
I dont wanna throw such old cloth into the washer since I guess neither the metal parts of the pack will be good for the washer nor will modern detergent be the right choice for a 70 years old piece of equipment (I'm also a little afraid that this would kill the rubberized interior flap)
So the question is: What can I do to remove this intense storage smell?
Pic semi related,...

I love that smell. Revs my engine.
>>30452202
Whatever floats your boat man. But my pack seriously destroys realtionships: I got it yesterday and put it in a room with open window and still the whole room is saturated with that odor.
Y'all think that just hanging it outside for a couple of days would help or do I need more...erm... aggressive methods?
Wash by hand in warm water
Hey anons,
i will start my military career next monday, though i have no idea what it will be like or whether it was a good idea because i have family. I join the german bundeswehr as officer or officer contender. I never served in any way so i am not familiar with military structures nor do i know what it will be like to be a soldier. One of the main reason i joined is that i can be a provider for my familiy currently i am studying and would also study at some point at the Bundeswehr.
Do i fucked up?
What ist the best branche of military service?
Will i...

Pick one.
Also you're a fool. You're just going to die for one of lady's Merkel's games in the next 15 years.
>>30452139
>die for one of lady's Merkel's games in the next 15 years.
Thats exactly why i have a little remorse about my decision.
Also this new warfare against IEDs and terrorists looking like civilians does not make me feel good either.
But i have 6 month to withdraw from my contract.
Bundeswehr is ez pz, but since you'll be going in as an officer (which is fucking stupid due to your lack of fucking experience), you'll most likely be called out on this and either reprimanded due to your inevitable fuck ups and sent to a lower rank, possibly even be forced to go through germany's equiv of basic, or put on desk jockey duty. Good thing is they'll probably go the latter route, and put you through some training beforehand.
Also, cut the /pol/ lingo if you're not on /pol/, crossboarding is faggotry.
Anything specific you can tell us about this officer position? That can mean a lot of things.
I have relatives in the bunde and swedish army, plus I'm enlisting myself later this year into the bunde aswell.

Are there any downward shell extraction/ejecting rifles?
>>30452036
Doesn't the RFB do this?
Also the Ithaca 37
That 5.7 ar-15 upper(ejects out of the lower's mag well iirc) and the kel tech RDB are the only two that come to mind.
>>30452054
It's forward ejecting like the F2000 which is practically bottom ejecting since it all lands at your feet anyway.
>>30452036
I wish my ar would extract the piece of tula shit still in my chamber.
If I found the same caliber as the black powder gun is it possible to use normal ammo with or the barrel will blow off?
Is it possible to reload ammo with black powder with and correct ogive for a black powder revolver ?
Btw is to possible to reload .223 ammo for a AR-15 with black powder?
I agree that black powder revolver are a crap to reload but why people don't use more of this guns? Since they are barely free to get even in most of European country with restrictive gun laws. That could be useful at least for home defense/self-defense.

The problem here in euro isn't getting the gun.
It's the fact that home defense is going to get you jailed if you protect yourself with anything other than a knife/sword/hatchet.
If youre gona risk jail by firing at peoples in your house, you may as well do it with semi auto.

In several American states black-powder firearms are not defined as true firearms, so people older than 18 (old enough to buy them) but under 21 (the age where most people can get concealed carry permits) will carry cap-and-ball...

You have to modernize a MiG-21 to make it as effective in 21th century air combat as possible, in order to field it in your new air force. How do you do it and what changes do you make ?
You're a close ally to the US so they might be fine selling you some engines, avionics or weapons.
Bonus points if you also make it effective in ground strike roles.
>>30451928
I'm looking forward to this thread. I've always thought the 21 was a cool looking plane
Just see F-5 modernization programs. Put on a better radar and make it lob AMRAAMs.
>>30451928
A very powerful radar and nuclear air to air missiles.
Missiles can also to be used on ground targets.
How can it be improved?
Improving it with tacticool plastic and tapco mags etc would only take the appeal away.
Rifle is fine comrade

Hi /k/ long time lurker, but this is my first thread. I've been recently thinking about joining the military. I never thought about special forces or a combat unit until now, I always thought about doing mechanics or something like that. But in recent days I've sparked a big interest in combat units, specifically Rangers and Green Berrets. The coordination and discipline in their movements, thought process, and tactics absolutely awe me. For some reason combat doesn't scare me like it used too (maybe cause I've been playing Arma) but I've found a very...
