Why is tight pattern buckshot popular?
Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a shotgun?
Tight pattern buckshot? Where?
>>30480248
Huh huh huh...... Wad.
>>30480265
tight patterns like this are conventionally considered "better"
which seems backwards because why not just use a slug or a rifle if you want one hole?
Anyone here A balisong lover?
>>30480149
Try the LGBT board.
>>30480158
But A balisong is a type of knife
>>30480207
Here saying you're a fag, anon.
Anyone have any experience with these guys? Good, bad, decent quality, avoid? I need a new source of 44 mag (bought a bunch years ago for the (then high) price of $0.25/rnd, finally burned through all but 50 rounds of it.) These guys had the lowest rate (shipping included) on Ammoseek so I figured I'd ask my /k/omrades their opinions.
i bought a bunch of .223 and 9mm reloads
so far so good. no major issues
>>30480045
Any experience with their new stuff? I don't trust reloads/remans, regardless of who it is, unless it's shotshells.
Why would and airport have its own brand of ammo? Surely that would just encourage people to bring guns to the airport.
Should the US armed forces go back to the 20 inch barrel?
>>30479773
For what purpose?
>>30479773
Marines never stopped.
I, US Army, used a M16 during basic training. Of course we used M4s the rest of my time but when I got out I made my AR based off of the M16, rifle-ed length, as I'm all for it.
>14.5 inch barrels adopted in 1994
>percentage of the human population that lives in urban areas has gone even higher since then.
Yeah.
Nah.
Hey can /k/ identify this gun thanks.
>>30479708
that seems to be a goat.
It's clearly an assault pistol.
You can tell by how it's made of advanced black metallic alloys
That's an old thing that comes from South Africa oddly enough. They're not cheap and not too cost effective, but the boer goat still works as an effective assault goat.
Are the walther ppk .380 and interarms astra .380 good reliable CC guns? What about the argentinian knock offs?
>>30479624
>walther ppk
why would you want to carry a $3,000+ gun? wouldn't be a good CCW anyway
>interarms astra
no
>argentinian knockoff
no
PPK has never been a good design, technically, apart from feel/weight distribution and aesthetically.
.380 for carry is really pushing it. 9mm is the standard.
>>30479651
Since when was the PPK $3,000?
I've seen some for $500.
Get fucked.
Anyways, >>30479624, get the PPK.
Astra is not known for being an amazing gun manufacturer for a reason.
>>30479651
Back to you though; the makarov and other combloc handguns are based off of them with various improvements/simplifications.
They're okay.
Not the best but okay.
>>30479651
>$3000 for a ppk
Some pics I found at the below website, though not all are /k/ related and as I can’t read Russkie jibber-jabber, I dunno what’s the context.

Anyway, interesting generally /k/ related pics thread?

Any Navy EOD on here? What is training like? What is the washout rate? What makes you guys better than other branch EOD? What are your officers like?

Have fun with your new Rhino, OP.
your gun might have a son.
>>30479142

Do Stalkers operate?
Do the Legion operate?
Do NCR rangers operate?
What is operating? What encon passes it?
Do regular infantry operate? Does the mere act of carrying a gun and using it in a shootout make you an operator?
Spark plugs on a bat, that's kind of clever.
>>30479089
Yes
>>30479089
They operationally operate on operations. Also that is some kick ass cosplay...
which would win?
>>30478950
Draw
The lone bf-109 would run out of ammo before taking out any where 100 Camels.
The Camels could never hope to get a shot on the 109.
>>30478997
It would be a draw due to the Camels being able to turn hella tight and the 109 would end up downing a few of them. Then run out of ammo and use its speed to fly faster and higher than the camels.
The 109 could fly through the Camels with minimal damage.
Just fly around and use your wing tips to damage a camel's wood and cloth wings.
Hello /k/omrades, recently i got a HDD failure and lost many files, including the EYNTKE and the do/k/ument, however checking the archive i found this
https://desuarchive.org/k/thread/29015314/
this is a newer version of the do/k/ument, and it has an update, but i need to know before i download it, does this mixes files from the EYNTKNE, and for those guys who downloaded the update, could any of you tell me what does the update includes?
Thanks in advance.

bump for interest
>>30478943

>Go to range
>Rent Taurus 1911
Whats so special about these guns other than aesthetic? 9mm is nicer to shoot tbqh fmailia
>Taurus
Found your problem.
>>30478780
It was all they had other than a colt that shot super 38 and I wanted to see what 45 cap was like.
>>30478762
>Served in da wars (makes it popular with the general population)
>Single action nice trigger (makes it popular with target shooting)
>Looks rad as fuck
What more do you need?
I live in D.C due to work and was wondering what weapons would be good. I've been issued my CCW license but I don't have funs yet.
I want a rifle and a pistol, 10 round mag limit. I was thinking the Mini 14 due to the assault weapons ban and maybe a Walther PPK or a Mak. What should I get?
>pic unrelated
>>30478562
What size handgun were you looking to get?
And I know it sounds cliche as all hell, but I'd take an SKS over a mini 14 if I was limited to 10 rounds.
Lot of people love mini 14s, lot of people think they're unreliable trash. I'm the latter.
>>30478585
Compact, but not sub. I'm a more athletic guy (5'10, 160 pounds) if that helps.
>>30478585
Oh, and I can only get a stripper clip SKS. Detachable mags are a no go for that specific rifle which is why I didn't choose that.
