Have you contributed to human knowledge by uploading images of your uncommon, rare and wildcat cartridges to the public forum?
.5 x 52mm Carcano
6.5 x 55mm
aka: 6.5×55 Swedish, 6,5 × 55 SE, 6.5×55mm Swedish Mauser, 6.5×55mm Mauser, 6.5×55mm Krag
6.5x55 is hardly rare... It may happen to be one of my favorite cartridges.
Almost finished with my first term in the Army, with reenlistment coming up I plan on Reclassing from a mechanic to infantry. Has any vets taken this route? If so, any pointers on what it may be like for prior service guys?
Hai there, sharp shots! ;-)
Winter is almost here! Be sure to stay warm out there 'innawoods' ;-D
>tfw no red head to go shooting with.
I have a new Glock coming in tomorrow. I've stippled polymer handgun frames and knife handles before, and have checkered walnut rifle stocks and rosewood 1911 scales.
Has anon or someone anon knows ever checkered a Glock instead of stippling? How did it look? How was the grip?

Oh fuck yeah a Semi Auto RPK-74M
GOD FUCKING DAMN IT
Are these rare in the US? From what I understand Molot isn't banned in the US.
>any russian gun on gunbroker or any listing
>SKS AK47 AKM AK74 KRINKOV MOSIN NAGANT
Yeah rpk74m's are pretty fucking rare/expensive
Arsenal used to make them but they had 45 degree gas blocks for some fuck fuck reason
Rare, not really, expensive, hell yes. And I don't think such baby killing weapons will make it into the US...
I'm at just over 4 months now waiting on a Form 1 to be approved. What in the fuck? What are these retards checking exactly? I want to know what additional checks they do beyond what NICS does. I have a CCW permit here in GA and walk out with a gun anytime I buy one, same day. So what the fuck is the ATF actually doing other than wasting my fucking time? Does anyone know why this process is so slow and stupid?
I will. I've been watching it to see if anyone else who filed on 07/01 has gotten their back and the trend line says no.
Just because you waited doesn't mean any of us should. What takes then so long? What are they doing? Why does a NICS check take 10 minutes while this takes months? This is bullshit.
Which military has the best hand-to-hand combat techniques/training?
>inb4 soldiers should be rifleman not MMA fighters
Weapons jam/run out of ammo eventually
Russian Combat sambo is an effective fighting style, was very effective in mma for a while. Can't think of any strictly military fighting styles being used in competition.
Fighting to kill/survive may be very different than fighting for points/knockouts though.
Dunno, I'm fat piece of shit.
Ok /k/. Would Mig 15 or F-86 Sabre win in a dogfight? How or why?
I didn't even know we had a specials forces unit
>Other teams entered included the U.S Rangers, Airborne, Marine Corps and Mountain Divisions, the F.B.I Swat Team as well as teams from Britain, Canada, Germany and Denmark
How the heck did us paddys win /k/ ?
Yeah but they don't do shit real world, when it comes to foreign ops they are basically UN peacekeepers, and when it comes to ops in country all they do is protect British diplomats who visit the republic.
>I didn't even know we had a specials forces unit
You just pay them more and make them run more laps than everyone else. Why waste a thread on an irreverent nation ?
Is Ireland even in NATO ?
Alright gentlemen I need any information and links on taking out these abominations.
What ammo and tactics should be used?
What tricks do they have up their sleeves?
Which is the least dangerous and which is the most?
All information is welcome as well as any stories of your encounters.
So /k/, I'm about to have an interview with a PMC. If I get the job, I'll be doing what I did while active duty, which is the shipping, receiving, and storage of weapons. Does anyone here have experience working with a PMC? They've laid the benefits and shit out pretty clearly, but I'm more curious as to the overall lifestyle.
Welp /k/, My guns were just stolen from my mom's house. Does anyone have a clue what they are/they're worth? Honestly theyre my dad's guns and I never really paid attention to the brands.
Left-Marlin .243, a 7mm, unknown brand
Top to bottom-Rem 1187, 30-06 unknown brand, Pump action 12 ga from 1906, 12 ga O/U from the 70s, 28 ga O/U, 20 ga O/U
Minus the 2 pistols, those are with me.
Fuck niggers/ rednecks, cause they stole my mom's truck too
If the Vietnam war started today rather than in the 60's, how different would things be?
Depending on how quickly the US took action
Let's say our invasion is swift and decisive like Gulf War I-- solid Intel and groundwork, pretty much were ready to rock
If the conflict is over in under a month with decimated leadership and NVA dead. If we have destroyed VC leadership as well too quick before they can escape to Cambodia etc.
Then the war would be over, I would bet we may even be able to avoid insurgency if we destroy enough of the Commie government and its supporters

If this guy were American (and real) what government agency would he work for? At first I though CIA SOG but he's not really paramilitary and he operates alone, not in a squad. Then I was thinking CIA SAD since he's more of a political operative with some direct action thrown in.
Fuck if I know though.
We was actually real, he was a hungarian agent before and during ww2 that tried to warn the US about pearl harbor and was departed for it. There was actually 5 guyss who were like him. Saw this on a history channel special which I forget the title of or the name of the guy. Wait, here is the guy: http://www.defensemedianetwork.com/stories/when-%E2%80%9Cjames-bond%E2%80%9D-ran-afoul-of-the-fbi/
>he carry's a gun
>too much of a bitch to lay a nigga on his back
why do people carry guns when theyre afraid to pull that shit out and kill someone if they have to?
