Post your /k/ related films.
What does /k/ think of this example?
I as an non-american thought this was bretty good, 4/5. I think the film really shows what is to be a proper infantry officer and to function as a part of your men. Especially the part where Joshua Chamberlain fights the little round top.
Sure, the film had some silly and unrealistic scenes and some hollywood heroistics, but overal I think the film was pretty realistic to my understanding.
What does /k/ think of it?
Nigga you're on fucking 4chan, of course there's people online.
It's just nobody wants to post in the same goddamn thread that gets posted
How did i do on my first shotgun /k/?
Winchester sxp. 12ga 28inch barrel 2 3/4 and 3inch shells. Got it for $310 usd new
Am I being a paranoid nut job if I am beginning to lean more towards the mindset that maybe I should have some kind of set up "ready to go" if shit kicks off here like it did in France? By that I mean a particular rifle, ammo, etc. set aside for this purpose? I've never really been one to bother with that "prep" type stuff.
Do you guys think that there is that much of an immediate threat now?
>Do you guys think that there is that much of an immediate threat now?
There is like 100 terrorists in the entire world. They would need to maintain a 100,000,000 to 1 kill ratio to actually be a threat.
So yeah if they start nuking things be afraid, but other than that they are literally no different than the columbine kids.
I have plenty of guns and ammo, and I'm a vet who is more than comfortable dealing with a threat as it is. I was more curious if the current increase in activity and threats has caused any of you to change how you are prepared for whatever.
this savage is more /k/ than any of you will ever be
"In 2013, after Russian air exercises in close proximity to the Swedish border were widely reported, only six percent of Swedes expressed confidence in the ability of the nation to defend itself."

tldr: the ultimate knife thats a cross between self defense and outdoor/general use, under 500 dollars
Completely new to the weapons scene, but I'm looking for a good knife to carry around. I'm moving into a city with a higher crime rate and I'd like to get something to protect myself, but I'd also like to get something that helps out for when i go camping or trekking outdoors
Pic related, it's a multitool i already have
this gentleman was clearly driven to insanity due to his noguns. That said, an Apple store seems like a pretty "Zen" placed to practice in.
what do you think he was thinking during this, and what sword did he use?
Can someone explain to me what the difference is with a pistol grip and a normal grip for AK47s? What different types of grips are there?
I'm talking to a potential seller about purchasing an AK47 but I was told that it does not have a pistol grip... I just assumed all AKs for the most part have the same grip? Thanks in advance
What will be the militant's weapon of choice once all the old soviet AK's are done for?
The majority of extant Kalashnikovs are probably Chinese by now.
And I doubt anything new will appear for a long time yet. We've pretty much figured firearms out by now; you can make them longer or shorter or heavier or lighter but in terms of reliability and effectiveness we've basically hit the peak.
Once new projectiles are developed we'll see a radical change. Until caseless rounds or flechettes are the norm, though, your average Terry Taliban will stick to his AK.
AR-15. Ever since the AWB elapsed, everybody and their mother has been churning out a variant or two, and every wannabe-OPERATOR has been snatching them up like gangbusters. And seeing as today's inawoodsers are more than likely going to be tomorrow's "militants"...
Im looking to buy some tactical pants in woodland pattern. Who makes the best pants? Crye Style knee pads are great but not needed. Ive heard propper bdu's are shit. Help me out /k/
>you don't NEED a 30 round clip
oh, it's a bipod i guess
I got really interested in this post about this guy nicknamed: "The White Death".
Apparently, he was the world's most effective sniper Simo Häyhä
I was wondering if there is any film about him or related to topic of sniping.
So I thought /k/ is just the place to ask.
There's this Finnish TV documentary about him, which I quickly translated into English:
yes, it's a lostboy.exe
Meanwhile, on medieval k...
Quick question. My county recently banned bladed weapons over 3 feet long. I have a long sword that I don't want to turn in. Is it worth burying it in my landowner's farm? Or could I legally cut it down? Or maybe I could find someone with really large feet and use his to measure.
I don't want to end up in a dungeon

"Anon! The LZ is hot! Jackson took one to the face. I need you on the 60. Mount up!"
What do you do?
New to handguns, and I want to get a revolver, and an auto loader. What does /k think about the .38 Special as a first handgun, and what brand is a generally good brand. Also general Revolver thread.
OP here, I looked at the .357 and I'm looking to get one for self defense, something me and my wife can CC with, and not have to worry about her smacking herself in the face with lol
