I'm kinda new to guns, but why don't modern pistols have built in foregrips like old black powder guns do?

Can anybody tell me what this is for, I have no idea, it's on the hilt of my knife
Looks like a M9 Bayonet. The screw holds the grip on and secures the tang.
I'd use about 3000 P-51s
>Less fuel needed, cheaper ordinance
>Strafe the shit out of infrastructure, camps, oil, vehicles, etc
>Easier to pilot
>2x combat range of jets
>Unit cost $600k, less with today's manufacturing tech
>That 1500hp Rolls Royce Merlin sound
>German STGs on the way
>More authentic and uses original magazines
>American STGs also coming
>interchangeable barrels including 5.56, 7.62x39,...

I currently live in a very anti gun state and I need some advice.
Just got an AR and I want to have 30 round magazines for it, but I can't get them anywhere near here or shipped here.
Should I just go to a gunstore in the next state and buy them?
Would they ask me for my ID or anything identifiable?
Should I get a PO box across the state and just order online and have it sent there?
Would that get me in any trouble?
I just not sure how to approach this issue.
Advice? anyone else experience this?
Does anyone remember a documentary which showed US PsyOp personal driving through an Afghan village in a Humvee blasting Rage Against the Machine to draw out the Taliban.
Seems like a long shot but I thought if anyone would remember it, it would be someone from /k/.
Why are there women-only gun classes? If you're learning to shoot, shouldn't your sex be largely irrelevant?
I was told you should never bring the slide back with the front of the slide, because it gets hot.
Why do some guns have serrations on the front of the slide then?
I've done it before with my 92fs after shooting about 300 rounds. It was kind of hot, but I was wearing gloves, so it wasn't really much of an issue. and grabbing the back of the slide feels kind of awkward with how it's designed, atleast for me.
Trade in your 92fs for a 92g and grind the levers level with the slide, or toss $40 to wilson for their low profile decocker.
You now have a 92 with no issues manipulating the slide from the rear.
What is your reaction to this? Which bullets is he talking about?
>The NRA says 'let's give weapons to terrorists'
>Armor piecing bullets are for thugs and terrorists,
The EU has been trying to ban legal semi-autos that look like military full autos.
Here's the press release: http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_IP-15-6110_en.htm
The petition against this stupidity is at 230k signatures: https://www.change.org/p/council-of-the-european-union-eu-you-cannot-stop-terrorism-by-restricting-legal-gun-ownership
Finland has stated it rejects such a ban: http://www.hs.fi/talous/a1448604373908
I heard rumors that the Czechs and Poles had similar opinions.
Anybody have any updates?
>YES ITS 2015 FINALLY EUROPE GETS COMMON SENSE
Thats the Opinion of a Gun Grabber who has not the smallest idea how the laws are for legal gun owner... if you think this new "laws" will stop terrorism in the EU you are a totally wrong.
Got an sexy pics of custom wood stocks?
I have a chance to trade my SKS and Styer M95 for an M1, Should I do it? The guy is selling his H&R M1 for 900 but he is willing to negotiate.
Help me Obi Wan /k/enobi, you are my only hope
Does the Syrian Government accept foreign volunteers to fight? I wanna shoot some terrorists while fighting for Based-al-Assad
Pretty much nonexistant knowledge of it other than ALLAHU AKBAR
I live a Eurokek country that is literally allowing returning ISIS fighters to come back and even paying them welfare.
If they don't let me come back then theres some bullshit up
I doubt it, you could always go the Kurdish route but then again Syria is a clusterfuck so its better you wait for something else. Besides, unless there is money involved I wouldn't bother, not really worth volunteering for kebabs.
Gunstruction thread? Gunstruction thread..
>The M45 Quadmount (nicknamed the "meat chopper" and "Krautmower" for its high rate of fire) was a weapon mounting consisting of four of the "HB", or "heavy barrel" .50 caliber M2 Browning machine guns (of the M2 Turret Type (TT) variant)
My grandfather was assigned to an M16 Halftrack for a large portion of his tour in Korea. He said it was pretty tits
