ITT: Fictional weapons you wish you could own.

You've just woken up in your car and you realize it's in a ditch like your hopes and dreams.
Climbing out of the car a nearby road sign says Welcome to Silent Hill.
What single firearm will you count on for your survival?
Worked for Arnold in Terminator 2, it'll work for me.
So you're stuck in the middle of a chimp out, what do /K/omrads?
Opportunity strikes: I cover myself in jam and pack up practically naked for optimal aerodynamics through sweaty wife beaters and stolen T.Vs. Then cover face with all that riot shit so it takes time to recognize my escape plan.
When leaving through the streets, Jam covered Sammy can spittle some of that crunk vodka to distract hordes of negros as to cause the opposite of a frenzy.
Would repeat as needed.
Daily reminder that people who seriously participate in these threads are noguns, nogear faggots who are pretending to be gearqueers so they can pretend to pretend to operate.
What's /k/'s thoughts on the Mirage 2000? Hell,
what's /k/'s thoughts on French planes in general?
F-16 has better sustained turn rate anon which makes it a better dog fighter compared to Mirage's better turn rate that gets worse and worse as the maneuvers go on as it's delta wings simply bleed too much energy for aircraft to sustain fast combat enviroment.
But that's not important right now, f-16 simply evolved much better and got continued avionics updates while French simply doesn't have the same avionic technology as US.
I started doing it a few weeks back, I only stash it away when my girlfriend is over for the night. Somehow it's comforting to me.
I keep mine between my ass cheeks , makes me feel like every things gona be ok
What is /k/'s opinion on the four service academies? In particular how do you feel about calls to reform them given that they cost more per student compared to ROTC?
Armyfag here, so can only speak for West Point, but every single officer I've had from there has been a huge douchebag who thought he was God's gift to the Army.
Most refuse to listen to their NCOs because they think that since they're officers and went to WP they're better than everyone else, which leads to no one liking them, and they don't realize that PFCs have more experience than they do.
Basically if you went to one of them, the chances of you being an absolute faggot are...

Cadet in the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets here.
The service academies suck senpai, I know people at all of them and all of them suck. Hazing (the source of military college greatness) has basically been wiped out at all of them but is alive and well here in Texas. Plus our shooting team is better. And the girls at A&M are waaaaay better than anything you're gonna find at those other shitholes.
ITT: we discuss the merits of our favorite hand to hand weapons and thrown weapons
A personal favorite: the sledgehammer
>good at removing walls and doors between your enemy
>good at creating massive amounts of internal damage with even a meh swing
ugh, someone who speaks my language
you're going to hate my answer but
a silk tie, a good length of chord, a higher quality genuine leather belt, or (of course) a towel
I mean granted, they arent knives, but its true, they are really fucking useful. both violent and helpful
>It's light in the hand
>It's got a lot of reach
>It can stab people really easily
>It's got great hand protection
It's not something I'd want to carry around on foot all the time though. 42 inches of steel will bang into everything
>implying anyone uses IRC
#MEG on Freenode
If you're on mobile look up AndroIRC for the app. Any questions, ask in the thread to get you set up.
For Ranger info, obviously.
All around SOF website. Great info and run by former/active members of every SOF unit. Mentor program. Also has forums for international SOF.

Prepare for the worst dorms in the air force during tech school. And always remember, no matter what anyone else says, 331 TRS IS the toughest squadron.
I'm so sorry I couldn't get to you man. What do you want to know about the job?
You're now a super soldier
what's your load out?
>twin Thompson M1928A1s
>You're now a super soldier
Whatever I'm issued, I presume. Possibly some kind of experimental designs which would be too powerful or heavy for normal humans to use effectively/safely.
youre assigned with design a gun/business strategy that would bring colt back to the top contenders list in the firearms world. You can either invent a gun or guns, or bring something back. You also have to discuss how you would pitch the sale
Is a powered exoskeleton, or power armor, a viable option in the future?
Not like the 20ft mecha in the other thread, but some 6 - 8 ft suit of armor that's suitable for CQC or breaching operations?
I read up on it and from the looks of it, it is a viable tool given more research and time, as well as a good power source.
A soldier's life just isn't that valuable.
The military would rather risk Bubba McFaye Jr. getting shot in the face than give him a million dollar exosuit for him to maintain in desert conditions
Now, special forces on the other hand... maybe.
Alright /k/ this is my first day from being /nogunz/. Pretty hyped for being a firearm owner now. Got this Mosin Nagant 91/30 here. Pic related. Going shooting this weekend. Anything I should know?
All serial # matching made in 1942 in Russia somewhere. Cleaned as much as I could from the cosmoline. Just stoked
I polished the fuck out of every part of my bolt, replaced the stock firing pin spring with a 24 pound wolff spring, and added a sear shim and trigger spring. My m38 has the smoothest action I've felt on just about any gun, including my mauser that got basically the same treatment.
>made in 1942 in Russia somewhere
If it's dated 1942 it was made at Izhevsk arsenal. You could form an entire ethnic group from people who own 1942 Izhevsk M91/30s; the Russians made like 10,000,000 at Izhevsk in that year alone.
Happy nugget day Anon.
Design a ship/doctrine that won't be intimidated by pic related.
Extra points if not railgun/laser/magic
A giant amphibious battleship that merely crawls up out of the water and over the peninsula. It can rest atop it and provide cover as the rest of the ships pass through.
Or just have some fucking planes fly ahead.
Hey /k/. Just bought my first AR. a DPMS Oracle. $600 at my Scheels store, and with a Truglo red dot sight and 120 rounds.
Did I fuck up? Can't find much terrible. And I'm just gonna use it for recreational shooting. I'm not gonna ask on ARFcom cause I'm not expensive enough.
What is you favorite weapon for bear hunting /k/ ?
Also, What's your ideal sidearm?
