what does the x39 (in the 7.62x39) and the x45 (in 5.56x45) mean?
Length of the cartridge.
What do you think the 7.62 or the 5.56 means??

how many hit points damage
do you even d&d bro
Explain to me why a nation with little resources can't just buy a few hundred fast speedboats, pack them with explosives and fit a 40mm bofors to the front and charge at this thing?
Zigzagging towards it spraying the superstructure with 40mm rounds and eventually slamming against the side detonating the explosives on board.
>>28643251
what would the 40mm even do? also you would get RIM'ed assuming the escorts didn't rape you
>>28643251
They would get raped by the escorts and if they managed to get passed that:

It's happened before. USS Cole iirc? Supposedly, might have been a false flag.
Anyway maybe they'd get away with it once as a surprise attack but its not a sustainable war tactic. Once the squids are wise to it they'll adjust their tactics and speedboats get fucked.
How the fuck do they think these things work? Why is it that these uneducated, excuse my vernacular, retards, are the people dictating what we are or are not allowed to do?
ITT: Liberal Idiotardisms.
>>28642873
OP, I have an answer to all of their problems.
>>28642873
I can sort of understand it. I'm thinking the thought process is that the very bottom of the round is nothing but propellent, and when it's struck, the entire metal part is sent forward. Essentially, the brass and the slug would be a single part.
>>28642873
More bullit per bullit.
Technology.
Well, is it possible that they could pull this off? Because by the looks of it (especially the European territories) it could be done.
They have enough forces.

No

Are you retarded?
They capture territory really fast because they use human waves and VBIED's. They're terrible at holding it.
What attachments should i get for my glock?

This dude keeps talking about his fucking service and how he served 11 years in the military.
"Stolen valor" story thread?
>>28641766
junior college?
IDK, maybe he did. There are tons of attention whores in the military. What are you basing stolen valor on?
>>28641766
Who honestly gives a shit about what some twatcicle says or does.
If you're personally offended then fucking confront him instead of being a passive aggressive shitbead on a Mexican mosiac image board.
Put up or shut up.
So, I'm french and want a weapon to defend myself because I will be working in a bad part of town, right next to germany and right now it's not really as safe as before.
France's gun laws aren't that bad but it would take a really long time for me to have a permit. Knives aren't really regulated so I have access to virtually any knife type.
What's the best kind of knife for self-defense in urban area /k/ ?
>pic unrelated, I typed knife in google
The type of knife that feels good in your hand Frenchy. Something with a sharp edge and easily accessible yet concealable.
With that said, one of my go to knives for not only self defense but everything else is the RAT 1 Ontario foldable. Sharp Aus 6 blade, sturdy handle and was only $20 US so when I loose it I don't really feel all that bad.
>>28641395
Yeah man the rat one is a badass knife.has an bitchin axis lock and full flat grind.
There are already 2 knife threads up frogfag.
>Knives aren't really regulated
You need to be more specific, the devil's in the details. Are there length restrictions, or perhaps restrictions on double-edged blades? Can you carry the knife openly or will it have to be concealed?
What's your budget?
Ok so lets say some pedophiles flies around and films your kids like this. What alternatives do you have for defending against them?
The most obvious solution would just be to shoot it down but what other alternatives are there?
First you have normal helium balloons with a bunch of fishing line hanging down to the ground. Kinda like these things in ww2.

Building your own mini wasserfall with a proximity air burst could also be a possibility but ofc that would be very hard...

How?
Where's the love for multi turret tanks?
Can they even compare to standard tanks with the added weight?
Are they just a big, barely moving target?
Whats its going to be? Land crawler carrier or Hover carrier.
>>28639512
They actually made a plausible argument for land carriers. You have to be pretty impressed with that.
Post an rifle that's more edgy than this.
>Protip: you can't

What purpose do those pointy edges serve?
any ak really
It's kinda cool in a space gun/ps90 sort of way. Almost looks like it could be a rail gun.
What kind of hipster gun can I get for $450? The more obscure the gun/caliber the better
>>28638824
They have used mauser pistols for like $250 at a lot of gunstores. Also you can find arisakas that use 7.7mm
>>28638824
Anything pre-1980's Walther, like a P.38 or P1
>>28638824
Nugget.
Literally shit tier, yet people still think sine rube is going to pay more than $75 for one.
Bonus when some queer posts his for $750 in a tacticool stock.
Exactly how badly has small arms technology been retarded by legislation?
What promising designs are verboten?
What could have been?
>>28637689
If you're not careful, you could hurt your hand with that gun, the way the cylinders are facing
