Actually this doesn't appear to have DDC or TD. Everyone in DDC is pretty much mid-tier, but for TD Kyouko and Yoshika can be low-tier, Seiga and Futo in mid-tier, and Miko and Mamizou in high-tier.
Also there is no fucking way Sakuya and Sanae are only mid-tier.

The real problem is that some 2hus can go between the levels. Shou can be either Large or Cowtits, Reimu works at pretty much everything except Flat...christ, I've seen Kyouko and Mystia with cowtits! And they actually looked pretty good too.
Also that chart is weird. Futo is 99% of the time nowhere near Sakuya, Shou, Kasen, or Reisen, she's the designated loli of the Taoists.

Doesn't matter if she has dues ex machina sword or not, controlling what basically feeds the universe all the heavy elements for it to even exist right now seems much more powerful than controlling when rain happens.
The main problem I see with this (other than the fact that powers are so varied and so often misunderstood that it's probably just a huge waste of time to try and compare them) is there isn't enough division of tiers, especically between High and Mid tier. Doesn't make much sense that Sakuya, Youmu, Reisen, Orin, and Sanae would be at the same general "power level" as Chen, Nitori, Momiji, China, and Tewi
