-The Android port has been implemented. In commeration of this, Shiratsuyu has received a mobile phone seasonal sprite.
-The Android port has undergone a maintenance to accommodate 80k more players, who have been selected by lottery to join the original 250k lottery winners.
-100 new and returning Rainy Season lines have been implemented, along with new seasonal sprites for Hayashimo, Kiyoshimo, Akebono, Yuudachi Kai 2, Mizuho, Yuubari, Mogami, Chitose and Chiyoda, as well as returning sprites, and new and returning furniture.
-Shouhou's and Takanami's sprites on their Kai cards have been fixed.
-Quests have now been split into "Daily", "Weekly", "Monthly", "Once" and "Others" sections. You can still view all quests at a glance in the "All" section. You can also filter out all non-active quests.
-Asashio will get her Kai 2 which will come with a Kai 2D next maintenance, which will occur on the last week of June.

For nico, adding arrange (in Japanese) brings up stuff (youtube too). In fact, 艦これBGM and 艦これBGMアレンジ are recommended autocomplete searches beginning with 艦これ on nico.
You could further filter with genre if they've bothered, which is usually in katakana (use a dictionary search like jisho) as a tag or in the vid title in brackets. Other keywords are season, event (イベ itself or the official event name) and whether it's route or boss ect. Also, comiket shorthand or the more specialized event, 砲雷撃戦!よーい!

No unless she gives a daihatsu without a blueprint. 70 to 75 is about right for a DD now a days. Of course she could always go for the Ooshio route and need a blueprint. Only Kasumin has a level 88 requirement and that's for the B form.
The destroyers that might need an 80 or above level requirement are Kageros, gumos and Ducks plus Shimakaze since they were the final destroyers produced.
