I`m trying the topaz thing for cleaning up the scanned raw and burning/dodging what comes out of it. All I`ve posted from 9A so far was done with it.
It`s a horrible time eater too, so surface blur may be a good approach. Main problem here would be flattening of the tones, but on many illustrations it may not even be visible.

Really dun goof`d with this one. After denoising with topaz, I forgot to change image type back to grayscale and went levelling/burning right away, so the contrast between black and not black became too harsh. I think I`ll play with gray point a bit more to fix it in the final variant.

This was several volumes ago, so I might be remembering some of the details wrong:They both went to each other's rooms to see each other before they parted ways and ended up falling asleep.
In the few seconds they had to speak before leaving, Kiyomasa asked Fukushima where she had been.
Fukushima thought it would be weird to say she had slept in Kiyomasa's room, so she said she had been in her own room.

Finished the first season of the anime and i feel like they rushed a lot of things but still it was really good. Especially the soundtrack.
The end has redeemed Tori's character for me I think that's the first time i see an ability like that, his contract is pretty fun.

2. Are the Divine Weapons still usable after Horizon uses them?

Horizon's emotions were used to make the Armaments of Deadly Sins, so reclaiming her emotions means recovering them.
Horizon uses the Armaments of Deadly Sins, which are a special type of weapon superior to Divine Weapons. Divine Weapon is a category term for a powerful weapon (usually based in history) that has a Normal Drive and an Advanced Drive.
For instance, Tonbokiri is a Divine Weapon, and it can cut names (Normal Drive) or concepts (Advanced Drive).
The Armaments of Deadly Sins made from Horizon's emotions are in general more powerful than regular Divine Weapons, and they're all reusable as long as there's enough ether.

So I was trying to explain Horizon to a friend and I realized I didn't understand much the government system and shit. The Far East pre-volume 1 is especially obscure to me.
What are the differences between the Chancellor and the Student Council President? What was the role of Musashi's provisional council? And between Musashi and Mikawa, who represented the Far East?
