Has something to do with how her and Hecatias design don't work at all in ZUNs drawing style. But it became better as soon as other people did draw them.

I didn't particularly care about Junko from pointdevice/no miss encounters. She basically says "oh, guess I lost, fuck it, sure, let's fight or whatever" and you don't get much.
Legacy miss, she's fucking awesome (the only place she calls out Chang'e).
In the extra scenarios, she's a lot more amicable as well.
