Realistically speaking (inasmuch as realism can be part of the equation with Touhou), which 'hus are probable to be homosexual? Let's try to avoid ones who aren't likely to be sexual at all (i.e. whose origin mythos doesn't involve anything sexual).
Hecatia would be one candidate, for the simple reason of being a Greek deity. As we know, the Greek gods' favourite pastime was having sex with anything and everything, sometimes even themselves.

Okuu and Orin have a pure friendship. They love each other as platonically as girls can possibly love each other.
I like yuri because I like watching cute girls do cute things together like kiss. Touhou I feel lends itself to it well because the cast is almost entirely female and I'd rather read doujins about the actual characters instead of faceless men or self-inserts.
That being said I don't think I ever really considered Okuu and Orin as a couple. Not sure why.

Honestly for me the best canon relationship is Kyouko and Mystia. Good friends, not because they are on adjacent levels in a video game, but because they share common interests. Seeing Kyouko helping out in Mysta's stall in the manga was a great little touch.

Sometimes I like to think it's quite like this and the Komeiji Manor is like some sort of bizarro wonderland where the mad hatter Satori rules over and all her "pets" have to follow nonsensical rules.
They act like the rules make complete sense as whatever Satori and Koishi say is law, and the inhabitants themselves are quite eccentric, like Rin and her obsession with dead bodies. She talks to them as if they were her friends.
