Try this: look around at your guy and girl friends and see how their heights compare. Or just walk outside on a normal day and look at random men and women and see for yourself. Even white girls tend to be under 5'6" or so (average American woman height is 5'5"). I wouldn't sweat it too much. Unless you get a mask significantly larger than your head, it shouldn't look too out of place. There's a bit of leeway with animated characters, so unless you go Jack In The Box huge, it should work in your favor more or less. The real concern is making sure you don't get mask that's too small. It's really noticeable when a kig's head is too small for there body and they end up looking like a literal pinhead.
