Friend of the person who was making one last thread here. 90% sure it was felt for the body and clothes. We couldn't use the lowest end stuff though, because it wouldn't hold its shape, and puckered really badly. The hair appears to be some sort of short faux fur, but minky works if you want maximum soft. I can't get a hold of them right now, but I'll let you know as soon as I can.

Is real shochu worth the price you pay for it? Every liquor store I've seen it in has it priced stupid expensive for the size of the bottle it comes in. Keine seems to mostly be represented in the plush world by the "sukusuku hakutaku", a small animal which of her beast form. They've made a lot of these for other touhous and newhus which don't really have proper fumos/nendos/etc. The Shinmyoumaru one in particular is adorable.
There is no proper Keine fumo so you are probably in the same boat as the guys in these threads who are praying for fumos of people like Nitori/Kanako/etc. Or you could try to get a custom one, but good custom fumos can be expensive or hard to find or both.
