There is a VR patch for 3DCM/3DCM2.
The controls for the Vive are incomplete at the moment though: there's no way (using only the Vive controllers) to rotate the camera/world without physically rotating yourself. You're going to have to sit your ass back down at the keyboard and use Q/E for that. Everything else works though. Still needs polishing, but it works.

PlayClub is like two years old and is an illusion game - two things that any experienced /jp/ masturbator should have suspicions towards. It could only be propped up by mods and people largely are not interested in it.
It's a really disappointing experience, although the animations are pretty decent.

I'm sure we will see a Touhou game for the Vive soon, quite possibly for the Rift as well when it gets its real controllers and not that gamepad thing. I never could get into the Touhou games, but when I played The Lab, the Xortex portion, it was mindblowing. Bullet hell in virtual reality is awesome. Of course it helped to have Valve production values, but it was still just a little showcase game, and I'm sure it inspired devs to take on such a project, and what better or more famous project is there than Touhou?
As for R18, aren't there models that you could import to Custom Maid 3D2 or Play Club? Those two have Vive support already, it's so much better to actually walk around the girls, with her head and eyes following you, while you stroke her hair or lift up her skirt with your hands.
