Because you still need the airbrush equipment, colors, and time. And if you don't plan to build a lot of figurines, buying them ready-made will still come out cheaper, not to mention look a lot better unless you have a lot of experience.

Okuu, Orin, Youmu, Suika, Nazrin, Iku, Sakuya, Hata, think I've seen a freaking good Meiling figure too somewhere on YJ
Prices if you manage to find any of them are humongously high
Remilia got a recast from E2046
E2046 recasts are hit or miss,I have around 30 or so of their recasts some of them have problems with legs,missing detail that should have been raised (as per pics) and instead is flat or scribed,hair sometimes is completely bollocks,for example I bought their recast of Cecile Croomy so a very plain and easy figure and legs weren't staying on,had to change her stance,add hair and suit details.
Bought Suigintou the same one whom on Jungle is or was priced at around 30k yen or so
Tiny flowers detail is effed up while everything else is perfect
Bought Horizon from Volks,not happy I've bought E2046 recast too,I still have to do a side by side check or review because the original is still sealed

I haven't had experience with e2046 recasts, but I will keep thay advice in mind. Worst comes to worse, I can use millilput for some detailing.

You can always use luminous powder mixed with paint to get actual glow in the dark eyes
