If Aigis put a bit more emphasis on inter-character interactions, it could have been a good option. FKG does this sort of "choose your waifu" campaign occasionally. They make sure to limit the selection to not include the latest waifus. They also make it explicitly paywall - the freely given premium currency is not accepted for this sort of deal. Finally, the deal is one-time per occasion, you can't spam it.
While yes, there'd be loss in income from the whales, it'd be balanced by the 'willing to pay' actually putting money in. Once you convert players into "actually paid money", it's easier to get them to pay again. Big whales want more than one black so the loss in income from one black doesn't mean all income from that whale is gone.

Completion bonuses on story maps, event drops, gacha pulls.
It's not a bad idea to use matching copies for cost reduction and skill increases, but it's not a good idea to do that early on. It depends on how many you used, because you do get a ton of certain classes and barely any of others. I won't tell you to roll another account after you started with such good initial pulls, so it's up to you to make that call.

And the way with how the fucking works within the Kamipro world, if the girl gets fucked they form a contract with the person fucking her as seen with what happened with Amon. That means that any Kamihime that gets fucked by someone who is not the protag supposedly be removed from the party and would probably fight against you but nope they are there and still takes order from you.

To get black fairies, you need to pass ANOTHER Brick wall in the name of "War of Magic" Which requires a small army of Callopies to beat with SC buffs, or if you got lucky enough to have higher rarity witches.
And yeah, grind previous maps to get over the wall. Pastoral Gate, Deep Forest and Return to Ruins 3 tend to be a go to for most people.

I did the math one time, and someone can correct me if I fucked it up royally, but IIRC AW Saki's increased attack speed and attack stats gave her more DPS (without a skill up) than archers. Or at least most of them. I don't know that I took Nanaly's stats or Spica's naturally higher attack speed into account. Archers obviously pulled ahead when so many of them have multiple shots or attack increases, but I'd hardly say ninjas do no damage, and I definitely wouldn't say that Nagi is the only good one.

Spica has higher DPS in all cases, but even at 260 DEF she's already 2x times higher than Hina, and it goes up to 5 times difference at 400 DEF, just as I said above.

There are no "logical fallacies". DPS is pure math, with very simple formula MAX(attack*0.1; attack - def) * attackspersec. Insert numbers, compare results. That's all to it.

You're given a good deal from login bonuses for the first few months, including a couple weeks where all rewards are flower stones.
After that it tapers out, but in JP FKG they hold regular campaigns for 2 flower stones/day instead. These happen about twice a month and last 7-10 days, and events give you another 8 stones/week, so if Nutaku will have a similar system (which is not unlikely) you'll have pretty much no shortage of flower stones.

According to this Spica's attack rate after AW is 1.03/sec,
Her DPS is 589*1.07*1.03 = 649.1369 when skill on 649.1369*1.4 = 908.79166
Hina's DPS after AW is 361*1.43 = 516.23, when skill on 516.23*1.9 = 980.837
And Hina's AW ability is 15% ignore def and magic resistanc (very OP)
Saki's DPS after AW 399*1.76 = 702.24

You can do that too without event wasting SC on her, you can get one copy and do good, she is sheap, have a useless skill, there is no need to get her beyond -1. Also unless you don't have another avenger, she is the worst one, the gold dwarf is way better than her because the hp pool, making her proc the *4 att earlier and better to manage the heals. Reduce the rate of silvers in the premium draw. Or eliminate them altogether while proportionally increasing the draw rate for golds. They should simultaneously increase the silver rates on the 2000 and SP gachas.
And maybe double the monthly crystals on the stamp cards by one per day that gives them so that the normal one gives 10 per month.
