-Ooshio receives a blueprint Kai 2 at level 65, with 5 new quests added, rewarding 2 medals and 2 furniture fairies.
-You can now choose whether to use any remaining Combat Ration and Offshore Resupply items before the boss battle.
-About 50 girls get temporary Coming of Spring seasonal voice lines, replacing White Day lines and Sukiya gyuudon sprites.
-For this month, Uzuki and Akashi are temporary drops in EO maps. Akashi drops in 1-5 only for those without her.
-Mutsuki and Kisaragi can now equip daihatsu at Kai 2.
-Hatsuharu, Hatsushimo, Shigure, Akatsuki, Murakumo and Ushio have their stats at Kai 2 buffed.
-Kawakaze will get Kai 2 this spring, followed by an Asashio-class DD.
-Zara's sister Pola's voice lines are ready.
-The Spring 2016 Event's theme will be "Combined Arms Battle". Iowa, who first appeared in the PS Vita game, will be an event reward.
-Kamikaze-class DDs are planned to be added.
-Player-owned installations, land-based aircraft and their pilots are being planned. Mitsubishi G4M will be one such aircraft.
-Seaplane bombers/fighters have received a visual update in preparation for the land-based planes which will be added later this year, which will have a similar animation.
-A new aerial system will be implemented this year.
-Android lottery results for 250k slots (up from 100k) will be revealed in the second half of next week.

There are a few other kinks with the translations. If you have a ship whose remodel changes their introduction line and then you get a dupe of that ship in a drop, the remodel's intro is displayed while the base lines are spoken.
And there are times when both base and remodel lines are displayed, taking up a significant portion of the screen.
And some are just wrong, like Myoukou's resupply or ABKM's MVP.
