Don't have time to check your files, pretty busy at the moment. One thought: if your monitor supports it, it may have benefits to set its refresh rate to 29.97 Hz too. I noticed that the R Player (not sure if the Plus does it too) usually runs at 60fps, even though all the files on R18 are 29.97fps, like you correctly set up your card.
The thing is, if your monitor is at 60 Hz, we don't know how exactly the R Player Plus works. If it runs at 60fps too, and possibly has shit like frame smoothing/interpolation going, then recording at 29.97fps may introduce issues if the recording software doesn't lock the R Player into the recording framerate.
This really is all hypothesis though, so don't get too worried right away, I haven't been able to test it yet. And usually, recording software SHOULD lock the framerate correctly. Godspeed anon.
