Sekibanki has the best by FAR. The human head is like balancing a bowling ball on a fistful of pencils. Nearly every action we do has to take head posture into account. Being completely free from that would be so liberating. Not even going into the sheer amount of quality of life improvements.
Also seems to come with laser eyes and illusions.
Most other powers require effort/practice or come with some sort of responsibility/expectations/people asking favors.

Time manipulation is certainly powerful, especially since Sakuya's comes along with some kind of spatial manipulation that's never really elaborated on. Thinking about it, I suppose it really does outweigh gaps in terms of usefulness. I had passed it over at first glance because in the games, you only see it used like DIO's time stop, which is a lot less useful for an ordinary person keeping a pretense of leading an ordinary life. However, that's only scraping the surface of Sakuya's ability.
Still, the thought of being able to go anywhere, instantly, without expending any effort, is pretty attractive. Not to mention you get your own pocket dimension, and the ability to go to other worlds.

Actually Sakuya can do basically anything with time, except for going back - stopping it, slowing/accelerating, deleting objects from time etc. Also speaking of pocket dimensions, Sakuya has it, as it was mentioned that she has some control over space as well, she uses it in fightings and probably that's where she keeps all her knives

Stopping time would stop movement of visible light radiation, therefore disallowing your ability to see.
Everything would be dark. It's a boring way to look at it, but if radiation wouldn't stop then I'd definitely want to be able to stop time.

Sakuya has control over time, she can do more than stop it. You could simply slow time to the point that light moved extremely slowly, so that you could see, say 1 m/s. That would be so slow that it would be basically stopped for everyone else. The slow speed of light would not matter because everything would basically be stationary anyway.
