Some days I spawn no LAWs. My alliance generates 20+ a day so those off-days don't matter so much (provided I'm paying attention - everyone swarms over LAW Oracle).
Like, there's times when I spam 1-1 and get no bonus spawn for several in a row...and when I finally get one it just gives me FAW and no LAW spawn. Once I spawned more LAW by killing AWs from 1-1 than from subsequent bonus areas. It's just RNG.

I think I'm going to have to wait until light day which will be next event to compare. I'm not pulling 900-1.2 million and even if I were it wouldn't be the same.
Beginner uses 2 BP and nets me 700-900k consistently. Intermediate uses 1.5 times that amount of BP. Advanced uses double that. Unless you can prove that you consistantly get 1.5 times that in intermediate and double those points for advanced it's the same exact number of shoes and half the swords and beginner wins again.
The only reason not to is if you want cards or if you have an ungodly number of Hiragas, the numbers don't seem to add up.

Beginner is still pretty good if you are a casual but still rank once in a while like me. It really saves a lot of time, and since I never bother maxing my cards (DEF or not) they are not tanky enough to make the most out of Intermediate. And the most it'd cost is a few shoes, which ends up restocked in the next event anyway.

It really is unfortunate that due to the nature of these games, power creep has to be used in order to sell. Two years ago, hell maybe only one year ago and the RR we're complaining about now would have been game-shattering back then. We've gotten so used to these cards that we are actually complaining that it isn't as good or better than previous power-crept cards. Nubee had no choice but to back themselves into a corner and now Mynet bought this disaster. They can't fix this, either. Not without adjusting old cards and pissing off nearly everyone save for me and some kid who missed HUR Halloween Hades. UR was a mistake. They should have just added increased upgrade options for HSRs. They stopped giving a shit about R cards ages ago. I don't even remember the last time a new N card was released. FAW was released because as more people played and got better cards, reg AW was too easy. Then LAW came with UR in order to sell more shit. I agree that 200 vs 250 makes quite the difference, however let me mention that using Celestial Oracle makes 3 200% buffs sufficient to hit max damage (with max atk at least).
Obviously not everyone has CO but same goes for various buffers.

I do run two cel oracles in FAW team but for LAWK both Chione and Azoth take spot in pure cool/light teams.
Especially when you get elemental area bonus fitting your element and even better when LAW is weak to that element. Azoth team hits for 4,5-4,9m on burst. While non element cards will hit for 3m tops.
When fighting non cancel LAW its not big diffrence but againts this cancel/crit monster you want to dish out as much damage as posible.
But the main point is that some UAB RRs are worth those 3k gems in rod when compared to prices of box/step up (which guarantee you UR drop). With rest (special, 6 card flip) you are praying to RNG.

Yes obviously AUB is better than summoning directly. In fact I agree with most points, I was just adding that 200% dual buffers (which are free, thus even cheaper than AUB RR) are a lot easier to use now that an Unleasher with +100% atk is available, that is all.
Of course missing out extra burst damage is a pity, but then again you're hitting max damage more reliably so I'd argue that it's not a big loss, as well as the elemental unit bonus.

Even with full GUR unit bonus and element refresh II bonus. You will be close to 900ish in damage but you get to max damage on awoken burst.
Tested allready that was main problem with LAW teams around 200/200% buffer need 4 procs to dish out damage. Celestia fixes that (tho you lose elemental bonus on burst) or simply using 250% or better buffers.

3 procs close to 999 taps
4 proc guaranted 999k taps and maxed out damage on maxed HH/Gil skills and maxed damage on awoken burst
with two cel oracles you hit 999k damage on 2 buffs and max out HH/Gil/Burst damage on 3 buffs

3 buffs to both max tap damage gil/hh/awoken burst damage
adding celestial oracle makes you do max tap damage in 2 buffs

Running two 250% and cels for FAW makes absurdly fast kills often killing around 7-8 turn on max HH overkill. Max tap damage in 2 buffs. Also so easy to rebuff when canceled.

2. I started playing 3 or 4 months ago and I'M still busy with upgrading my resource buildings so ofc I don't have the elemental buildings yet
3. I run a maxed HL + Chocolate Candy against FAW because 3 buffs from HL get me like 900k-950k instead of 999k, while 2 buffs from HL + at least 1 from Candy gives me 999. (I also don't have the fully awakened team bonus because I use an UR Jean, which might explain this)
I'm not disagreeing with you, 200% buff is usually sufficient for most uses since Oracle/the buildings/unit bonuses exist, but I just wanted to throw in that you DO have to make use of these if you really want to hit max. Now stop insulting me.

It only takes three procs. If you are a cash player and don't have maxed elemental buildings, you are wrong.
Max Atk, Elemental Building, GUR Bonus, and Element Bonus give you max dmg at three 200% buffs. All end game players have this.
If you using HH/Gil you should have at least one Celestial Oracle. If you are grinding EH, you should be using salvo cards.

I'm pretty sure it's the slowest general on 4chan. The game has been dying for a while and most of the people who are in the /jp/ alliances don't post/follow the thread. Believe it or not there is actually 2 alliances with a max of 20 people in each from here.
The second thing is that there isn't really much to talk about in the current metagame, it's slow and solo focused. There is barely any point to comrades and alliances at this point. This also kills the game for newbies as you can see on the previous posts.

Would I be guaranteed to get Caligostro or is the risk not worth the $$$? She's great against the current AWs as-is, but when it comes to cards I like really want to evolve them for the sake of completion.

If you are using Ursula and Nadia right now and don't have anything better then I'd keep them separate for now. You can always amalgamate them later. Especially if you don't have other buffers - Ursula is sort of pathetic but still better than no buffer at all.
Mildred is a decent debuffer but I don't know if she's going to be useful for you right now. Debuffers are mostly good against LAW without field, but if you're still new they might also help against AW/FAW, but I haven't tested it.

It's changed for the worst, in my opinion. There's a trend going on where you get one AW normally and get the other (4 evo) from EH panels which is pretty bothersome for a lot of peopleand honestly just lazy on their part.
Also events since Mynet took over have been pretty crap. Celestial Jubilee III was nice, but that's about it (They haven't been in charge long though, still an early opinion). This event, as well as the past one, only have three stages per area (1-3, 2-3, 3-3 and so on are the castles) which makes getting bonus areas a huge bother.
I'd say get back if you have your old account to have something to start with, but Mynet's changes so far tend to give new players a rougher time than before.

EH is by far the most worthwhile thing to do, but it requires a lot more cards than just killing AW/FAW. The rewards are pretty bad in beginner, but if you can do intermediate or advanced the rewards are far better than anything else you can get.

I understand alliance battles and stuff are a big facet of the game, but at this time I have so few URs that I am just enjoying collecting new cards, trying to get duplicates to evolve them, and trying to get items to awaken (I only have 1 awakened card ATM). I participate in the alliance battles whenever I'm logged on and it's accessible, but once I run out of battle points I stop and go back to LAW/AW farming for the event or leveling. A lot of people don't care much about ranking. Personally I've only ever finished an event in top 300 once at level 170. I also don't really participate in AUB since the times are pretty bad for me.
