Help me out there experts, I have a weird unexplained phenomenon happening with my holes and lube when I store them.

Problem is that I asked Otonajp not to declare it as a gift, they confirmed that they will write the real value on the box, however they wrote something different and they even changed (without telling me) the shipping method to EMS which is 1000 Yen more expensive.
