Worth noting something that was lost in translation in the original text as it's pretty hard to carry over but Tewi uses very specific language in that conversation.
She addresses Kasen very formally like you would when adressing someone extremely important like a politician or some other senior position. However a lot of the language she uses also has a slight dry sarcasm as well like she's humouring Kasen. Then when she goes into her sales pitch she just straight up starts buttering Kasen like a typical merchant with very humble language.
It actually adds a lot to Tewi's existing character as a master of manipulating language to get what she wants.

That said I doubt it'll ever be solved. We're building toward her full reveal to the cast, not toward her finding her arm. That's secondary. Even if/when the reveal comes, her still missing arm would continue to give her motive and mystique.

Out of all the groups, the Taoists are probably the most proud nail even though they have not disrupted the status quo too much as they have the least motivation to keep affairs as they are.
Think of the 'endgame' for the various groups. For Miko to achieve total 'victory' involves tearing down the whole system from the roots.
