I'm sorta new-ish to Aigis, I only have 3CCd girls for instance.
This new event is really kicking my ass but I want Beatrice.
I'm at 10 stars and was considering spending SC on the 7SC goddess' blessing to be able to get Beatrice.
Think it will get me to that point and that it'll be worth spending that SC?

Now for your team, doub't you can made put them in shape in 3 days of the event end.
The only thing I could advise is for future events, CC your healers, (Iris is of priority) and archers (don't see Bashira, she is a must and if you can, get Spica when you have the crystals, that way you will have all the archers you need for now).
Leanne over Garret, she have more def and cost less, so you will stick with her for a very long time.
CC Adelle, forget bout Cloris, you got a damn good witch, if you ever need another, CC a Calliope, better yet if you can min/cost her.
For Mehlis, she is great to have too, but I would CC and give her some lvls, not of priority to max her.

When I said new-ish, I meant that as in I played Nutaku Millennium War Aigis at launch, but dropped it because of the lack of auto-complete.
I recently came back and started to actually seriously invest time and effort, and only learned about the guaranteed Bashira recently.
I would rather not have to re-roll my account so I feel kinda screwed but willing to stick with what I have.
I saw that Garret had better def right now and I wanted him to defend against Sahagin, but I also understand that female units have better long term growth so I'll switch focus.
CCing Adelle was the plan. I'm not about to begin turning tables. That'd be as dumb as setting fire to the rain.
I'll raise Mehlis up some more but after my healers and archers.

You can 3-star Sea Monsters with that team, but you need to get Iris leveled up.
You can lean pretty heavily on the assassination abilities of units like Rogues and Ninjas, so place Cypria where she can assassinate as many of the walking fish that come on the south side as she can.
Your non-CC'ed units have absolutely pathetic levels btw. I would have gotten a lot more of your units to level 40 before attempting to CC any of them, but that's just my personal preference, I like a balanced team.

Sea Monsters is actually where I hit a wall. I'm close to clearing it, but all of my stuff just loses its sustainability and crumbles before I can fend off the last couple sahagin.
I've definitely been trying to make use of Cypria's assassinate but I've had a hard time keeping her alive. Leveling up Iris should help.
I also appreciate the general advice of leveling up the rest of my team, I really should probably do that.

Nataku takes the #1 spot from last year's Mikoto. Based Tokiame.
Saria keeps #2, and Nenya only managed third last year due to having 7 weeks of play time clocked. Bernice is actually tied with Aria at max level, though.
I still haven't eaten last year's. As a side note, the portraits don't change if you awaken them after getting the chocolates.

Worst case he has to min cost and skill up Phylis to 4/5, atleast he can console himself with the fact Katie is the worst gold soldier, Aria is easily mincost if you can get her and attack based, Julian is health based and harder to mincost but you'll probably get a few chances if you play for a while, Katie is once a year for a copy and her defence that she excels at is the worst stat in the game.

Broken or not, I'm honestly starting to get bored with Hitsuji as it is anyway. Putting your team on autopilot for every event for rewards that add nothing to the gameplay of the game (autopiloting all day everyday) is just dull as fuck. Using up all our stamina doing maps manually is time consuming and not exactly exciting either.

It's not about if the event has been originally release pre or post awakening, the problem is that we are getting these events patched (like for the revives) to be harder than the original.

You guys also get a lot of the benefits that were added later. Such as the exp change, where the amount a unit is worth when combining is influenced by the units level.
So while it's revival difficulty, it's also not as hard as they were initially as it's significantly easier to get cc'd units.
You're missing some of the gold rushes and certain units, but you also get a lot of things DMM didn't have at the start.

With the 24 missing events, free players are lacking upwards to 120~140SCs as well for their own rolls.

Definitely almost always possible with only max CC, but they're very clearly tuned for Awakening. It's just that there are people who will spend 20 SC trying to figure out strategies that don't need AW units to do, and then everyone else just copies those strategies.

Aigis can be played in many different ways, so if something works for you, just do whatever you want.
I'm just saying that its common sense in Aigis world to raise basic class units to usable state first, since raising all units at once doesn't work and you need to focus on them one by one and archer/healer/soldier/HA would be units you need most right now.

Oasis is pretty easy to get to and it's by far the best early game grinding spot. There isn't any real reason to grind worse maps unless you get stuck and need to grind a bit to clear something.

Anon thanks for defending my current unit pool. I do have a bunch of silver that are at lvl 30 from gacha that I am switching in and out to quickly skip levels but currently walled at castle retake.
My option is spam RtR and level up my units in preparation for next gold daily(which I need bad).
Or go back grind a few bronze min cost them and return to rushing story map like a mad man to oasis and ruin my gold pool even harder.
I think whichever route I take I wont be able to attend events full time in estimate 2-3 weeks

You can get _guaranteed_ mincost black for 30 SC, but you prefer to spend hundreds on gacha with pretty bad chances?
Black Eterna from previous collection event is my best unit, I very regret not spending SC to mincost and max skill her, spent anniversary fairies instead to skill AW her.
Is there any tier lists for black units in Aigis? Including DMM of course.
